Pizza Hut

Although I didn’t like working at Pizza Hut, I did like their pizza. So last night I ordered pizza from them! They were supposed to arrive at 7:22PM they were delivered at almost 8PM. The thin crust w/ham looked like it was made the day before. No cheese, all dried up and the thin crust was like leather! The chicken and cheese pizzas were hand-tossed crust and not quite as bad! But I’m they were ALL cold! Pizza Hut wonders why their reviews are so bad … now I see exactly why!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered a large pizza supreme and 12 bone in Buffalo wings for delivery. It took the delivery guy 2 hours to deliver my food, and when I received the food it was cold and the pizza was hard. The customer service was horrible when I called the store to inquire about my order. The first guy said I'm not at the store and hung up on me. I called back a lady answered and said hold please and never came back to the phone. I will never order at this location again and spend my money for this service.

Order never came. We ordered online at 820 and it stated 40-50 minutes for delivery. We waited an hour and 15 minutes before trying to call and see where the pizzas were. No answer. Two hours after ordering our son got home from work and drove up there to see what was happening. They said the driver delivered the pizzas 20 minutes ago(that would've been an hour late). The app never showed delivered and we certainly didn't have pizza. My wife checked with all three neighbors, no pizza. It took another 20 minutes for them to refund our money and then they messed that up, not refunding the total amount the first time. This many bad reviews in delivery? We're sticking with Marcos pizza.

Last few times I've tried to order a delivery from here, they've been "closed" for deliveries because they don't have enough drivers. I finally was able to place a delivery order in the middle of the day, and they marked it out for delivery in 15 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised... until an hour and a half later when my food still hadn't arrived. I called and the guy said, we don't have any delivery drivers and we're still waiting on a door dash driver to come pick it up. I was about to call you. It honestly just time this location shuts down.

I love pizza hut and it has been awhile since we have ordered from them. I decided to order out tonight and Pizza Hut it was. It took over an hour to get the notification that it was out for delivery. I was so disappointed when the driver handed me a cold pizza after 20 minutes of the notification.

There are quite a few errors with the app for android. First of all I cannot sign in with the credentials that I have had there ever since I downloaded the app years ago I get an error message every single time I try to sign in I have to sign in as a guest and then from that screen sign in to my account. And then the location part of the app does not work either and I have checked and rechecked to make sure that all of Sherry permissions have been granted two Pizza Hut and that my location is turned on in my settings and sharing. But it still continues to order my pizza at the incorrect location.
