When someone orders fresh fries. That means that person should "RECEIVE FRESH FRIES NOT REHEATED FRIES"!!!! YOU CAN DEFINITELY TASTE THE DIFFERENCE!!!! THAT JUST MAKES YOU NOT WANT TO EAT OUT!! SOME PLACES JUST CAN'T GET YOUR ORDER WRIGHT!! I SAID IT IN ENGLISH MAYBE I NEEDED TO SAY IT IN ANOTHER LANGUAGE!!!!👎😡👎

Ordered the spicy chicken nuggets, cause I’m driving (thought it would be easier to eat & drive), got down the road a bit pulled out the box and had received a chicken sandwich instead. And yes, it fell apart while trying to eat it and drive. No, the sandwich was not that good either.

This was one of the nastiest breakfast burrito I've ever had. They have shrunk them. They did not give me any picante's sauce so I had used Taco Bell sauce.No ketchup or napkins after I ask for them.

So disappointed. You would think that for how much it cost for these chicken sandwiches, that they would make sure the meat item at least covers most of the bun.

My had the Jack buttery cheeseburger. A bit of a wait but when we got it it was hot, and fresh and BUTTERY! It looked so good I had to beg for a bite! Delicious! If only that was how a.burger came every time you ordered it.
