Bombay Chopstix

The food was decent but it’s hard to pick an item if you’re foreign to Indian food. If you’re used to eating American food then this may be a surprise but not in a negative way. The menu prices are decent enough ,there are many ‘specials’. Customer service was good,they are more than willing to help you.

They serve very good Bombay Chilli Fried rice(chicken) and also Rice with chicken gravy. Well cooked chicken. Mango lassis are good too. The food quantity is inconsistent at times. Reduces sometimes drastically. Also, the waiters messed up with my order giving me something else and suggesting to try the given instead of what was asked for. Who does that?!?

This place used to be pretty decent earlier but the quality of the food has dropped significantly in the last year. All the Chinese dishes taste exactly the same. I had ordered Chicken Manchurian, chilli chicken and Pepper chicken on 3 different occasions and got the exact same thing. If you order dry chicken instead of the gravy you can see that the pieces are essentially floating in oil. The Chaat options are decent, although the taste changes significantly on a day to day basis. The only reason why this place is still up and running is because there aren't many restaurants on campus and students don't have many other options to turn to and I think the owners do realize this is and thus are reluctant in making any changes or improvements.

I used to come here a lot when i was full-time student and ordered garlic noodles with shrimps. It’s good. But last time, i came in and got my order with an old lady. I said it clearly that i want garlic noodle and she followed up with “what type of meat?”. So i assumed she got it but then she brought out white rice. Then I told her that wasnt it. I ordered garlic noodle and not only she had an attitude with me and tried to correct me as if i was wrong and didnt even apologize...Seriously I have no words. Hand down the worst place on campus!!
