Starbucks

This is my first time coming to this location, but I would highly recommend going to a different one. The employees were very friendly and helpful, but the issue is with what I received, I ordered the Venti strawberry açaí and it taste like complete garbage. The strawberries or lemonade must have gone bad. Also I ordered the lime bar which was about $4 and it’s tiny! Do not order this if you are expecting more. It came in a package so I don’t blame this location for the lime bar but that’s kind of ridiculous considering they don’t advertise it that small and I spent $10.

I wish I could rate this place 5 stars multiple times. Every time I come here, I’m greeted by name, my order is ready for pickup, and there’s zero hassle. I can’t thank the staff here enough. They truly go above and beyond. This is hands down the best location in DFW. I always know my order will be ready by the time I get there, and it’s incredible how I’m able to rely on them every day on my way to work. During this pandemic it’s been hard to find any source of consistency and empathy, but it’s right here. Every single day. Thank you North Collins Team!!

I am compelled to immediately create this review. I'm in business here in the Dallas area and stopped in this SB yesterday and today. Both days I have been shown great kindness from the staff, going beyond to provide a wonderful coffee getting experience. Today, Ms. Debbie cheered me up with her incredibly sweet voice and ultra kind gesture. I left in awe quite literally at how sweet she and her colleague - a young gentleman with a blue shirt at the window - treated me. To say nothing of the most delicious version of a shaken espresso I've had in quite a while! Thank you Ms. Debbie and friends! So blessed! Get Some!!

Very displeased that when i order on the Starbucks app to get a white mocha venti, every other Starbucks place that I ordered through the app or through drive-thru actually puts more coconut milk since I do coconut milk instead of dairy, but at this location the employee told me the manager said that the app has a button saying extra coconut milk I have not seen that since I've been using it and this is the only location that always does that.

I come here every single day, sometimes several times a day . I know most of the employees and they are super sweet and friendly . Today I came in and didn’t recognize anyone , I stood by the register for 10 min without getting acknowledged while they were talking amongst themselves . I asked if anyone works at the register where one of them rolled her eyes and said what do you want . No hello , and no apology. I think they need to retrain their employees , this is unacceptable .

I’ve never waited in a Starbucks drive-thru this long, 20 mins on 6/17 and 30 mins on 6/18. The employees were nice but they were clearly overwhelmed and needed more help and maybe better training. They also messed up the order. Whatever regional or district manager is reading this, please get this location some help NOW.
