Taco Bell

This location sucks close it down! There's always something. Either the lobby is closed, poor customer service, people(employee) on their phone at the drive thru, or they mess up the order. Tonight I get home and my bean burrito has no onions...hell it barely had beans!!! Coming from a Taco Bell lover I'm ready to stop eating TB altogether!!!!n

Don't go here if you're disabled They'll ignore youj. The kiosk in front was the only option to order. My hands are too.cold.to work on touch screens. (My phone comes with a stylus ) refused to take my order. Its nice is a.big company and all, and no one cares about ONE customer.. the masses will sill go. But I won't again

We arrived at the drive thru at 1017 pm tonight. The building lights were off outside, but the lobby lights were in. Right away, we were told that they were not taking any more orders. Luckily, we were picking up for Uber. We were told to pull around to the front of the parking lot. Through the window, we saw one employee playing on her phone in the corner, hiding as we waited. Another employee was wiping down the counter. There were atleast four people in the store so they weren’t short staffed. Eventually we had to cancel the order because we had to wait so long. Where are the managers supervising these employees?

Lights were off around 10:14pm around the whole building and I thought they were closed an or changed business hours. Drove around the drive thru anyways and was able to order. I did mention that the lights are off and they did nothing about it. Taco Bell can’t make money when customers are thinking they are closed because there are no lights indicating that they are open.

Good experience overall. Value COULD be a little better, but I know pretty much everywhere prices have risen...just inflation, I suppose... I remember when the movie BATMAN came out & was a super big deal. But during that time the neighborhood kids & I used to scrape together some coins & ride our bikes to the 'Bell😀 They had a 59¢ Value Menu which included Tacos & of course, the classic Bean Burrito which is WAAAY overpriced these days. I think it's like a $1.59 now, which is INSANE!....but whatevz. I just wanted to show off my ©1989 Batman cup😉👍
