NO WAIT..Seating was awesome..able to watch ALL.THE GAMES..The food was fresh HOT..came out in good timing..The waiters have THE BEST customer service..they know the menu and suggest items and the best deals..took time to explain the menu..GREAT PLACE FOR FAMILY!! Presidential MARGARITAS WAS THE BEST.. THE TASTE OF THE CORN AND THE SOUTH WEST CHIMICHUNGAS WAS AWESOME!! WILL GO AGAIN AND AGAIN!!😍😍😍😍😍 A HAPPY SATISFIED CUSTOMER..💯💯💯

We had an ok time. My wife slipped on a tomato that was left underneath the table and it was pretty gross. The server was quite nice, and refilled my tea without asking. Our food was overcooked. We asked for our fries to be well done, but not our ribs nor our corn. When we told the server he left and came back only to say "well it is roasted" corn. Ok but for it to be this much black... I think it was more burnt than roasted. The ribs came out dry, but edible.

Went in with a group of 20 and waited 5 minute for them to prepare the table. Instantly our server Casey was out getting everyone's drink order and appetizers. As he was going in between tables drinks and some of the appetizers were already coming out without him going back to the kitchen. He was very attentive and came back at the perfect time when all of us were ready to order. He got our order perfect and the food tasted fantastic! Casey never let any of our drinks get close to being empty and also had 3 other tables he was serving. Great experience and would recommend asking for Casey, he was definitely a top 3 waiter ive ever had. I will definitely return!

My family had a Birthday dinner here for my 25 year old niece, we had 12 peoples in our group. We weren't real happy to be seated at two separate tables, that were positioned to where our backs were facing our family members backs. With no room between chairs & the tables at all-in order to turn around to visit. Let alone to sit very comfortably. But eh we weren't going to let that ruin the occasion, everyone enjoyed their dinners, food was Amazing!!! I will brag on that! ❤ We asked if they would sing her Happy Birthday with us, to make her feel Special! To be told by waiter~ um we don't do that here. ☹?!WHAT?!🤨 I was Shocked! I asked since when and is there a specific reason for that- ( I thought maybe cause covid) they can't. But our waiter just shrugged his shoulders {said I don't know} swiveled & walked off. I thought alrighty then. We sang Happy Birthday to her OurSelves, all the other tables in whole restaurant joined in singing and clapping!♡♡♡ So it was Special after All~ Thank You God for Providing!!! You are Good All the time! Hey overall- the food was Amazing tho! Thanks 🌶 Chilli's!!!

Our waitress was phenomenal. BUT she was covering 12 tables... and she was having to waitress, food run, and buss all 12 of the tables. Management litterally walked around the bar like a zombie. It was a total crapshow. It was obvious that Chili's (especially this location) doesn't care about their patrons or their waitstaff. Very disappointed.
