Mcdonald's

Only reason I go to this location is because it’s 5 minutes from my house & I avoid it as much as I can. The rating I’m giving is because some the workers there have attitudes & I understand about being short staffed same at my job but I still greet my customers like I’d like to be treated. If they don’t like the job? Then quit it’s that simple

Well it's a McDonald's what do you expect. They have the new kiosks in the lobby now. I'm not sure what to make of those it seems to take longer to go through all of the selections on the kiosk then it does to just place your order with a human being I understand it's great if it's crowded and busy but you still have to wait a long time to get your order. We had to wait 15 minutes after I place my order on the kiosk so I'm not sure how much time that actually saves. It wasn't that busy when I was there. Anyway it's clean and the play area is nice and large and of course the food is the food. love the fries

My family is gluten free so our order is a bit complicated and they did get it all correct but at the window I handed the cashier some cash and my husband's credit card and asked her to use the cash first then run my card but then she ran the card and handed me the cash back and said "it went through" to which I replied "I knew it would but I wanted to use the cash first like I said and not run it all on the card" so it wasn't a big deal but I was left unhappy that the directions I gave were ignored.
