if you planing to use coupon at this location, avoid this location and go to diff location. they will not honor coupon on any special sub, which every other location honor it. I was very close to leave without sandwich, but that would be jackass move. i would not come to this location ever again. fyi staff seems very nice, but manager.

Three times, I've ordered by App and, when I arrive, it's not ready. They admit the order is in the system, they admit the sandwich should've been ready, but then they make other people's sandwiches and don't even apologize for the wait! Amazingly bad customer service. I talked to the owner Suresh Amin but he and his staff just don't have their act together.

Manger/owner is so rude here. I took water cup and then that manger kept on looking at me as if i am going to take that whole water fountain. And he comes to and he says thats not water and it was clear as heck and it was water. I have no problem with food but mangers/owner attitude have to change he thinks he is th greatest but he isn't. Change ur thinking dude.
