Domino's Pizza

0/5 stars, but unfortunately you have to put at least one to review. This is the SECOND time this dominos has cancelled my order due to the staff being short. With that being said, the only notification is from the order tracker. The staff did not call me as he stated. As I said, this has happened TWICE. Both times they have said they called the numbers provided, which I have confirmed were correct. Yet there are no missed calls on the call logs to show. This location is horrible with communication.

The cheese was still cold towards the middle of the pizza. I ordered it on special instructions 2 have it WELL DONE..I always have with pan...Normally I would stick in the oven but I'm in the middle of reno in the kitchen.. hence the pizza. Now no number I have goes 2 the store. So what am I 2 do now...

I ordered delivery. The pizza was finally delivered 1 hour and 20 minutes after ordering. Food was cold, dried out. No tomato sauce. The pizza looked just like the cardboard box it was delivered in. I called the store to see if I could get a remake of the order. They would not answer the phone. I called 4 times over a 15 minute period of time. Extremely poor business practice. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY!

Terrible. Zero Stars Google Review. I just placed an order on the website 15 minutes ago (around 6:27PM Tue, 04/12/22). Walked into store on Randol Mill to ensure they were actually making it like the website said. Guys inside said they're not making orders because of a power issue. They’re just letting their website state that the order is being made and waiting for people to go inside to tell them nobody is really making their order. When they’re able to actually cook again, they’ll call and tell the person they can pick it up in 45 minutes from that point. I advised them they should at least put a sign up on the door. Otherwise, people will be waiting outside for several minutes like I did waiting for an order that isn't even being made, thereby wasting customer's time. Another worker asked the person if they should put up a sign like I had suggested. The man I was speaking with answered him back stating people would just ignore it and he wasn't going to bother putting up a notice for people because they'd just ignore it.

Awful customer service. Orderd food (6.21.22) a little after noon so it'd arrive at my office in time for lunch. It took FOUR HOURS for the food to be delivered. Any attempt to contact the store the same day ended with the phone hanging up on me before someone answered. I finally got an answer today (6.22.22) and asked to speak with the manager. The man on the phone was extremely rude and when I stated I wanted a refund he became even more snippy and hung up on me. If I wanted to wait four hours to get my food, I wouldn't have ordered from dominos!

The ABSOLUTE WORST dominos I've ever came in contact with. Messed up my complete order and then told me that if I wanted the garlic parmesan wings I ordered I needed to bring the wings back, 10 miles from my house, so they can squirt sauce on the wings, which was now room temperature. What kind of service is that? How about you remake my order for me and then suggest I keep the old wings for the inconvenience! LAST time I will come back to this place

If I could leave a zero star rating I would. Attempted to order for a docs office 3 times and was told it would be delivered after the headache it was to place the order. Waited a n hour and called multiple times to see delivery status. Was hung up on the first call, second call was told to wait on hold waited for 12 min and 29 secs but then they hung up. Waiting for them to explain or even pick up now. GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR PIZZA UPDATE: They claimed to call my number to let me know the order was cancelled WHICH we NEVER got a call.

I just found out that only about 3 people are working this entire Domino's alone. Which explains why online ordering and other various issues are a problem here. I do not blame anyone working here on this, but Domino's corperate that seems okay with only 3 people working a whole restaurant by themselves. (Regardless if it's takeout or delivery) That's insane and no way can that few people keep a place like that running orderly let alone clean. The crew working here are incredible but I cannot support Domino's if their higher ups see no problems with this.
