Taco Bell

I have been coming here for a while and its always good. I mainly order from the drive through, as I don't like waiting inside. There is always a line of cars because the food takes a while to be made, but its actually a good thing because you always get fresh food. Employees are nice enough and are hard workers. I love the value menu!

Lack of customer service. The girl at the window who was taking orders for the drive thru needs to goo thru your training again cause apparently nothing helped. Everytime I go up there she is either in the front or at the window always rude never greets nobody just has an ugly face all the time. When I order she’s like “ what else what else what else??” Like are you serious??? Either you guys need a new worker or put her ass in the kitchen where she isn’t interacting w others. Also who chills and drinks in front of the window she was on her phone just leaning over the table like if she was on break. Worst experience here and it really takes a lot to get under my skin but this woman is just always so unhappy for someone who works w people daily she is rude and needs an attitude check ASAP!

This location is the absolute WORST in Texas! There are 2 other locations within 2 miles from this one... Trust me... Take the drive. They serve soft tacos that are harder than a crunchy taco. Food is ALWAYS cold and thrown together. 3 separate trips since they're near our house... EVERYTIME they messed up the order AND left out items. They don't answer phone to take your complaint and the manager is beyond RUDE!!! Seriously go ANYWHERE but this location!!!

Not sure what's going on with taco Bell. But they got rid of the Mexican pizza! How can they do that? Also when you walk in at this taco Bell. They don't like for you to order at the counter they want you to use the kiosk. Would have been faster and they let me order at the counter. Because they knew at the counter what I could and couldn't order off the menu that's how I found out they didn't have Mexican pizzas no more. The kiosk said they had them. Then taco Bell told me that they were getting rid of a few more items off the menu.
