This place has owners who dont pay their bills, make threats and demeaning comments toward industry's they called to help them. They Obviously do not understand how a business works because they told us the trip we made and the hour we spent there on his roof wasnt worth the fee and we were a frauds. We are licensed and insured and use city permits we are not frauds and quite legit! I explained before we got there by phone and he accepted and booked us and we needed to get paid for our services but he still couldn't understand and i even told him they would get the fee back should we perform the work. He also asked me why we had to use the city for code permits and get a crane service to agree to do the work safely around power lines and they asked me could i not do all that. So they obviously dont follow the rules either. They owe us 89.99 for a diagnostic/trip fee and refused to sign our invoice or pay us. So now ill let the world know that they them selves are frauds.. Our policy for this type of work now will be pay first before we put out ladder an tools to anything. thanks them for that..I wonder how they feel if people skipped out on a bunch of checks after they ate.. BTW the ventilation and ac systems are aged , moist over 30ys old, and many dangerous code violations on roof so beware before you eat there. ask yourself what other corners are they cutting , say with food Prep and safety?
