I had to yell 4 times just to get Kary, the lady working the front counter, over to the front counter so we could order!!! She NEVER said anything before coming. NOT EVEN ONCE!!! Teach your employees to let the customers know that they know when they are there!!! If you aren't there or can't be there immediately, the customer NEEDS TO HEAR something like, "be right there", or "I'm coming"!!! NO EXCUSES!!!
Also, the music NEEDS TO BE ON and at a volume that the customer can hear, AT ALL TIMES!!!

I placed a personal pickup order on the Doordash app and headed over when it said it was ready.
I pulled up through the drive through and the lady tells me it isn't ready.
No big deal, always good to practice patience, right? So I agree to drive around and park upfront and wait.
When she brings the order out to me, she rudely says, "Doordash orders have to go inside"...?
Whaat?
Why?
I'm thinking...
1). If only you had a little window on the side of the building I could drive by...🙉🤯🤓
2). It's not my fault your a rude woman

This place has it’s days, but today let me tell you it was on point I order that #23 you know I upgraded that bad boy to a combo. That burrito was so damn good made me want to go right back around For round 2. Appreciate the meal needed that one to power through this morning.

I will give this Jack in the box a 5 star. It was very clean, the employees were very efficient, and the food was hot and fresh. Can't ask for more then that in a fast food joint.

My food was a little cold but the lady was nice and I don't have too many complaints Except for cold food and I was like picking it up in the counter

lesley in the drive through did a great job taking my order. i pulled in the first window to pay and saw her concentrated in both taking other orders and preparing mine. she most definitely deserves a raise 👍🏼 great costumer service

It was lunch time, and I was hungry. Decided to go to Jack in the box. The burger was as good as I can remember, and the service was just as good.

Ordered tacos and fries . Went thru drive thru. Order was wrong when I got down the street . Half my order wasn't in the bag . Didn't have time to go back. Waste of my time
