This chicken has been out under the heat lamps way too long!! It’s very dry and stale and the skin is rubbery!!! The only piece in the entire bucket that is even decent is the light colored leg u see in my photo. And that’s only because I asked for a couple of drums. This is the third time this exact thing has happened. Come on people have some integrity and if u are too lazy to make new chicken when u know you wouldn’t eat it like that, then go find another job to be lazy at. Ur ruining my fried chicken!!! This location sucks!!! And oh lawd it’s not coming out of ur pay so fill the sides all the way up!!

Had a pick up order and it was still not closing time. I know because I checked on the door. Went through the drive through and sat for about 10minutes watching someone completely IGNORE me. Then drove to the front and walked up it was locked. No one even acknowledged I was there, and I saw them so I know they saw me. I do not recall what time it was but I know I still had an hour before they closed because it said so on the front door! The least they could have done would be to not ignored someone! It's a respect thing. I myself will not go back here unless I have to and IF they change anything for the better. I will change my rating.

Wanted to try the chicken strips went to the drive thru the order taker was friendly. The chicken was small I ordered a wry if three but I received two and the fries were cold. I had somewhere to be so I couldn’t turn around to return the food. This was a waste of time and money. The two stars is only because of the order taker and the cold Pepsi.

Terrible customer service. I was wondering why the car ahead of me ordered, approached the drive-thru window and pull off quickly. No one answered the intercom system, I saw an employee outside talking to a friend and when I approached the window, the manager had his back turned towards me. This is the second time I have experienced bad serice at this location, so I will never return.
