Jack In The Box

it's one thing to have an item wrong every once in a while but my entire order except the drink was wrong I ordered a 4 piece chicken strips with regular fries and a cheesecake but got a 6 piece with curly fries and a chocolate cake. I was the only person in line so it wasn't like it was a mixed up order or anything. it's almost like it's on purpose

I wish i could leave a 0 star review. I ordered delivery through the Jack in the Box app for this location and they contacted uber to bring me my food. The food got delivered to the wrong address and since jack has my credit card information and money, i contacted them to return the money to me. The manager refused and when i asked for a meeting with his superior, he declined. He doesn’t even want to meet me in person so i can show him the proof i have from my surveillance camera showing that no food was delivered to my house. The manager is Raymundo and should be fired.

WORST ONE TO GO TO. Closes location to my house every time over a 15 minute wait even before I pay. I just went and ordered two fries and a sandwich, waited for 10 minutes when no one was in front of me then they forget my dam sandwich. This happens all the time like seriously it’s ridiculous if I wait for that dam long my food better be right 😤😤😤 Also tried to call to see if I could pick it up later and their phone is out of service… thanks for taking $6 from me.

This is the absolute worst location that exists. I never expect much from this place based on past experiences but I had a very unpleasant experience here today with ERIKA who claimed to be the manager. She obviously has not received the proper training for the type of work that she chooses to do. I waited over 20 mins in line for a very small order and that is only the beginning. As i got to the window after waiting such a lengthy amount of time she wanted to ARGUE with me because I asked for the 5.99 popcorn chicken combo. I mean this lady full fledge argued back and forth in the drive-thru while there were a plethora of other patrons in line behind me. Why choose to work at a place like this with such an attitude? She had the nastiest attitude that I’ve ever witnessed from a jack in the box or any other fast food worker. I cannot believe that these are the type of people that Jack in the Box chooses to employ and give the title manager to. To make matters worse, the food was garbage and cold. I spent over 30 mins here for food that wasn’t fresh. Spend a few extra bucks for quality food and excellent service at the whataburger next door if you’re ever in this area.

If you're black dont support this location. If your not a racist dont support this location. In short, we had a misunderstanding on the initial questions on the order she asked if I wanted a meal and said I said yes. Well she wasnt jappy and homestly had she handled me better I woild have just paid for the 3 meals. She felt it was ok to give me a attitude after a few words back and forth she decides to start speaking to the staff in spanish about me. Because I refused the meal and only wanted the al carte. Little did she know that im from Panama and also speaks spanish. Long story short she proceeds to tell me we always have problem with "YOU" people. So if "YOU" people give her so many problems WE shouldn't be supporting this franchise.
