Cibo Bistro & Wine Bar

The food is good here. The customer server is HORRIBLE at the express center. I have been there 5 times . I thought after the first 3 times , they would get better. I had to stop coming here because of the inconsistency with their customer service. I asked for a simple side soup , for the price of $2.65 . The cashier denied it and continually tried to sell the $7.65 version. This was unfair because a previous cashier honored the side soup. Also, every time I come here the cashier is on their phones and they never smile. Why would I want to eat at a place with negativity ? Hopefully they work on the customer service. On a positive side, the food is great !

Rude staff. Brought us wrong salads. Chicken bones in the Alfredo pasta. The bloody Mary mix they served me was old and sour and I had to ask them to throw it out and take it off the bill. They didn't ask if I wanted something different. They didn't remove the dirty plates or give us the check and we had to ask for both. Then they looked at us like we were rude for asking for it.
