Wings To Go

I ordered the Loaded Brisket Cornbread and a couple pieces of fish. When I tell you the Loaded Brisket Cornbread was phenomenal!!! Whew! It was better than I imagined. The fish was good, but cooked a little harder than I prefer. I would order it again though. It was pretty busy and understandably so, great food! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I guess the guy was the owner or manager and he was hollering at the waitress for everyone to hear. I do understand why he was upset, but I don’t feel like it was a good idea to embarrass her in front of the customers. She was visibly embarrassed and I felt sorry for her. There is a time and place for counseling and in front of customers is not it. Other than that the food was great and the restaurant was clean and nice size to enjoy your meal.

Delicious food! I had the catfish and chicken tenders with a side of okra and also tried the ribs and brisket. Everything was amazing! So many tasty sauces to choose from. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they have done an awesome job with the new facility. This spot will always be on my go to list to stop by when I'm in Arlington!

First time trying this place, I really wanted some good fried catfish. Too bad I didn’t get real catfish instead they served SWAI and I’m not a fan of it at all! The lemon pepper wings were over cooked side item I chose was the collard greens welp I had more pot liquor than greens and they had too much vinegar. The last item I chose was the brisket sandwich because I could smell the smokiness of the barbecue upon entering in the restaurant. Brisket sandwich wasn’t too bad and that’s why they get to stars from me. The staff was nice and friendly oh and if you pay with a card they charge you using a card so have cash! After the taste test I trashed everything except for the brisket sandwich .

This newly remodeled & expanded family owned restaurant has some of the best catfish in town. But you also can't go wrong with their wings, and even their salad is tasty. They have lots of drink options, from sweet tea, soda, and even several beers on tap. The prices are very affordable, and the folks who work there are always extremely friendly and helpful. The owner truly cares about leaving people with a great experience, and it shows. You will not regret giving TJ's your business!

Wow!! Fish was almost gone before I thought to take a picture! The fish is delicious and the garlic Parmesan fries! TJ comes around to check on you and see how everything is! The customer service is superb and the food is delicious! Oh and the chocolate cake, mhhhmmmm! Definitely on my go to restaurants list!
