Great Food and Great Service. I have ordered from them when I worked in Arlington and I have in Falls Church, I accidentally placed my order for pickup in FC and I called them and they were so nice as to bring it to me as I could not leave my work. I really appreciate the care and attention they gave upon me and will definitely order again.

I ordered food tonight around 6 PM and was told it would be delivered around 6:50 PM. At 7:10 PM, I called to inquire on the status and the person lied and said I had the wrong number, then claimed he would check on the status and call me back. He did not so at 7:20 I called again and he refused to look into it and rudely hung up on me. I waited a bit longer and around 8 PM I called again, I could hear them picking up the receiver but then there was silence. I called a few more times over the following minutes and got the same thing. I tried from several different phones so it is clearly an issue on their end, not mine. It is now 9 PM and the food is two hours late and still not arrived. Do not order from this place. They will scam you, take your money that paid by credit card in advance, and not deliver your food. I will be contacting my credit card company when the charge posts to dispute the charge unless they somehow manage to deliver it. In the meantime, I finally gave up and ordered from someplace else, which is what I should have done to begin with. Absolutely horrible!

Had to review because I ordered.. than checked the reviews and was horrified. As my food was on its way via DoorDash I was sweating bullets reading reviews of old and reused ingredients, missed orders, and bad staff. Well my order came in 30 mins it was all extremely fresh and flavorful and piping hot order was accurate as well. Would recommend based on this experience 9/2/2019 for sure

I have order from this place before and my order and the customer service was great. So, I decide to order from this place again for all of my friends and myself. By the time it arrived and I got it up to the room I realized they messed up on the order. In this situation the logically thing to do was to calmly call the restaurant in which I did and once the call connect I go to say that there was a mistake with my order and the worker on the phone just starts to yell at me. By the time the conversation was wrapping up they asked if I was a female not knowing what else to say I said yes and they then go and say that I am being over emotional and irrational all because I am a female. While also adding in that they might deliver the correct order, which was never sent out. By the end of this entire ordeal I had to deal with a aggressive worker from the gecko and un-called for sexist comment.
