I really don't appreciate my food being cooked without a mask. Covid is real and if you can't grasp that then maybe you shouldn't be cooking around food. It was literally snowing outside and the two ladies that were making pizza I felt put alot of people's health in jeopardy. I will be reporting this along with supporting documents to the health department.

When I walked into the store I saw one worker helping a customer and the other was on his phone in front of the register, I told him I needed $30 on pump 1 (I didn't check my change at the moment). My pump wouldn't work and it said that my purchase had been canceled when I went back to the store he had no idea what I was talking about! I reminded him that it was pump 1 for some strange reason he thought I said pump 3 (how one and three rhyme or sound familiar?!) I finally filled up my phone and went home. When I went home I counted the money in my wallet and realized he shorted me $40! I went straight home so I know I didn't spend that money! When I went back another employee wanted me to write a note to the manager, I refused because I wanted to speak to a manager when he told me that that's all he could do I left. I parked in front of the store so I was able to see him quickly make a phone call when I left on his personal cellphone!

The Hispanic lady with the tattoos on her neck and the boy that works there with her are very unprofessional. This store and it’s restroom stays dirty, the music is very unprofessional, there’s never any hot dogs or taquitos, the cold sandwich area is so nasty. We do laundry next door and every time we try to use our 711 points at this location we end up regretting it. We’ve gone in and seen the hot dog and taquito roller empty and left, waited for our clothes, returned and still nothing. Today we witnessed the lady arguing with a couple of customers because they asked for a fresh slice of pizza and she refused to make it, told them to eat the two slices that were there already.

Absolutely unacceptable. Employees are rude and hostile to customers. Almost all the items sold are expired. There are roaches crawling all over the place and a foul oder permeates the store. The prices are wrong, the soda and slurpee machines are in a perpetual state of disrepair. Trash is littered throughout the store. This is the worst store/place I have EVER had the misfortune of stepping into. I'm not sure if other 7-elevens are this gross, but I think I'll just avoid them now. I'll just take the extra time to go somewhere, anywhere else. I think that the jerks that run this place should all be fired. Absolutely unacceptable.

they never wear mask@all n some of the customers dnt either. They hv a sign saying they MUST WEAR MASK FOR SERVICE and state requirements and they dnt abide by the law but I guess u dnt hv to wear one too actual service people. Too risky close this nasty establishment down one of the reason why this sickness won't go away cause they are careless and selfish
