Pizza Hut

I was so disappointed in Pizza Hut! My husband picked up our order and this is what our wings looked like. The honey barbecue wings have always been a favorite and for the first time, as a Pizza Hut customer, this is the first time I received wings that looked liked someone just drizzled barbecue sauce. Completely unacceptable & we will not be ordering from here ever again.

This is why I stopped ordering from this horrible location! If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! Had to work late and ordered pizza for my boys and this is what was delivered … This hard *** dried up pizza. Trying to make me come up to the store to jump through hurdles to get a refund or my order remade, when I’m currently working and to top it off they wouldn’t even deliver it after I paid for delivery!! Customer service is horrible , Shelby “The store owner” HORRIBLE!!! People laugh when they hear me say I’m ordering Pizza Hut and I see why!!

10-9-21: 1:30pm I originally chose delivery and ordered online. However, my window kept being pushed back. So I called to see what was going on. After all, I had to pick it up. I arrive at the location and I felt like nobody wanted be at work today!! I’m not saying be chipper but a “Hello” goes far. I walked in— no greet… then 3 other people walked in after me separately— and no greet. I ordered 2 pizzas and wings. The food was warm— I’m assuming it’s warm because the food was waiting for delivery. The guy told me their oven isn’t working so they places the orders in bags. I asked how long to remake my items and he said 15mins. I told him that I would wait. He went to the back and talked to someone else. I guess they agreed to remake my items. Come on Pizza Hut! People don’t want warm food upon pickup! Fix the oven please!

My first time ordering from this location and I gave it a 3 stars cause my food was hot and delicious. It only took them 35 minutes to cook and deliver it to me which is great. I also ordered a 4 pack of Sierra Mist but never received it. I called but was on hold for 25 minutes. We called again on another phone and after 20 minutes we hung up. I guarantee no one likes to order things they paid for and not receive them plus at the same time you can't get in touch with no one to find a solution for the issue.

If I can put 0 stars I would. Worst costumer service. One of my fav places to order pizza from. I will start ordering from another location even if I have to drive longer. Ordered pizza said it was ready! Get to the location and it was a whole other order. I had to wait for a new order to be placed. Manager doesn’t come out when asked for and sends employees. Never again going to this Pizza Hut location.

This is one of the worst pizza huts! They’re very slow. My pizza is never ready for pick up when the app says it is but somehow is always cold. The staff is not friendly at all. I usually have to wait at least 5min before I’m even greeted by someone at the front. Delivery times are always 1hr+ They never answer the phone, so you can never call if something is wrong with your order. I will literally drive the extra 10min to the Pizza Hut on Arkansas ln. Because this one is that terrible! 🥴

I got a confirmation email & all only for it to be over an hr after I initially placed my order and me call the store & them say they have no record of my name or number egen though i had ordered from that store 2 weeks prior. Ridiculous and will never order from this location again! Oh and not to mention that previous time Mt order arrived over 30 min late & I felt bad for the girl who delivered as I was in the 3rd floor so I tipped $10 or so only for me realize she left my wings at the store & she said I'll go get them. Was 20 or 30 min before I got the wings & they were COLD. I go inside and my pizza was cold. RIDICULOUS. I didn't call and complain because I figured were all human wr make mistakes. But it seems this location is prone to making em. 🤔

Ordered two pizzas for delivery total came out to $30. I spent $30 on pizza that was way under cooked, the dough was still gooey. I tried to call the store but they placed me on hold for 10+ minutes. Very disappointed on the fact that I could have gone and got a $5 pizza that was actually cooked but instead I decided to try out Pizza Hut and now I’m out $30. Not worth it
