Worst customer service. Dhe 07/05/2022 @9:45pm the girl that was working has the most horrible customer service I've ever had to deal with. She got upset I wanted cigarettes, then refused to load my PayPal card with the cash I needed to out on it. She does not need to be working in retail service at all. I will never go back there if she continues to keep a job. Caroline is the only employee of this particular store that is any good.

They advertise beer (2)for $3.50) with tax it's $4.10, when asked or the receipt the cashier gave me the wrong receipt and could not explain why the beer has a ($.50) sales tax. What is the tax on alcohol? It's unbelievable that people are NOT prepared to answer simple questions about how & where they spend their money. While the cashier was training someone else she gave the receipt to me only after I asked for one and it was for the sale before me with two Fanta sodas on the receipt. A customer should not have to ask for a receipt and the cashier should ALWAYS look at the receipt they are giving out. Such poor customer service, I guess I should be grateful that they're even open, huh???

There's this short guy in there that is super rude literally every time I see him. This young black girl that works there is very nice and always polite. The person I'm assuming is the manager, he locks the doors at night and tries to act like they're closed after 10. He either puts a dolly in front of the door or literally bars it shut like it's the ghetto. He comes up to the door and yells "what do you want we're closed". Then after I tell him gas and cigars he lets me in.

Appearance: looks like a bomb went off in there. Always. This location is by my job. I don't normally stop here. I have maybe a handful of times. Today is one of those times, frankly the last time. To be honest, I typically don't do this online review thing like ever: but today I was repulsed and would like to save the next person the trouble by sharing my experience. Okay here goes: First of all, I wasn't greeted or anything. No big deal, this day and age..Sadly I've accepted the lack of customer service. Secondly, the main reason for my emergency stop.. .My stomach is aching and I needed to make a stop. For #2. I know that is too much info, but I am a guy and it's a function of the human body. So I apologize. Be open minded here.. As I approached the bathroom, I could tell from a distance a sign crudely pasted to the door. I was really hoping it wasn't an "out of order" sign. The sign read simply "Men" I get in there, notice the toilet seat is up. From the last user. Then see there is this fluorescent urine in the toilet.. also from the last user. I grab a paper towel and put the seat down. On the top surface of the seat, it had like 12 drops of urine on it. Not only that, it is dried. Which tells you the worker has not been in there to freshen it up in a LONNNNNG time. After I do my business, I see there are two empty rolls in the toilet paper dispenser. So there's no toilet paper.. in a public restroom. Unbelievable. Then I get outside, inside my truck. Then some shady looking man catches me and makes a hand motion to me, so I let my window down a bit . He gives me the whole "so here's the thing I need to get somewhere." Thing. I thought he was going to ask for money. No no no, he wanted me to take him in my truck down to dollar general by Sublett road. And almost forceful about it. I said no, I'm going the complete opposite direction. I almost ended up on an episode of "forensic Files" more than likely. Haha So this was my experience. Appearance: terrible Customer service: awful Cleanliness: disgusting Sorry for writing a novel review, but I had to share.

Used to be my everyday gastation to stop on now is the worst!! If i would give a zero star i would if i can.. Bought a tea that was 2 mnths expired and had nasty stuff inside of it went back and got boxes of crackers lots of juices and other items that were expired very disapointed our kids drink and eat that stuff and we trust for everything to be in order nd then rude ass lady the manager being rude and snatching items from my kids after we did part of her job in given her some of the old expired items ughh never going to this stupid gastation no more??? Check before you buy i learned my damm lesson!!!
