Qdoba Mexican Grill

The 2 lady’s working was acting like they didn’t want to put no food In the bowls I went April 8,2022 around 2pm my sister wanted to add to her bowl and she got mad about it . The place wasn’t even busy it was was just us in there. No lettuce on the bowl . I was just so unhappy on how they was In there working smh . Get better workers or somebody that want to work ‼️‼️‼️I THOUGHT IF U ASK FOR LETTUCE THEY PUT IN ON YOUR BOWL BUT NO NOT AT THIS STORE SMH

Food is good, however this store frequently closes earlier than 9pm. This time , I came around 8:30 & they were already closed. What’s the point of having 9 as a closing time, if you’re not actually going to close at 9 😒 other ppl pulled up and drove away too after seeing that it’s closed. Not good business

Is extremely disappointed by such poor customer service at this location, this is our third time coming to this location hoping that it will be much better this time and was definitely disappointed because the young lady at the register wearing glasses is extremely rude and unprofessional. We asked for fresh tortilla chips and she told us no. There are too many other restaurants to give our business to with much better customer service and food! If the employees don't want to provide great customer service they should not be working there !!! Definitely is not worth losing customers because you have lazy employees that don't want to help customers and provide great customer service 🤬🤬🤬

I went there on 6/5/2022 at 3pm and the place was closed. Hours of operation posted on the door stated they close at 8pm. The owner needs to take care of this soon or you will lose your business. Taco casa and what’s burger were packed which means that there is money to be made on this busy shopping center. Maybe pay a little more to keep employees happy the location it’s worth it.

I usually love Qudoba’s, but unfortunately this time was not so good. My rice in my steak burrito was extremely hard this was very disappointing. A complete waste of money I had to throw the burrito away. I will go back to the Mansfield location. Hopefully this location will do better second time trying this location because it’s closer to my home however it’s my last.
