Fro-yo Cup

The worst Fro-Yo place I have ever been to. Celebrating my brother's birthday, but to my surprise out of 15 flavors, there was only 3. Clearly was suppose to be $16.42 but they told us two cups of yogurt costed $26. If we chose to pay by credit card, it was $220. I am not dumb, their weighing system was clearly broken. We ended up paying $20 (only offered for paying cash) for two regular sized yogurts when clearly... they are up-charging us for not having enough flavors, their system of wanting to charge us $220, say it was actually $26, but it WAS ONLY CLEARLY SUPPOSED TO BE $16. Never going here again; they never charge correctly even though I told them to check their math.

This is used to be one of my favorite places to come and hang out and get frozen yogurt, but after today I don't really think I will be coming back... such a bad experience with the yougurt today. The pomegranate flavor was expired. I informed the young lady that was working about it l. It took her a while to actually do something. It was probably because she was on her phone. I didnt ask for a refund or anything else, but $8.00 and some cents for expired yogurt. Not worth it.

The froyo is delicious & very well priced! It's not too far, so it's somewhere I love to go after a long day at work. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the service. Being someone who's worked in customer service jobs for 4 years, I understand customers get annoying. But the cashier's there are just generally unfriendly, despite how relaxed & slow pace the store may be. I would definantly recommend it to a friend, but I'd give them a heads up on the service -- not the best.
