Manager is a absolutely disrespectful and it’s disgusting, I recently was employed at this 7-11 and was always kind and professional with the manager even when he was being just blatantly disrespectful to me and and other co workers. He refuses to give the money he owes me and even admitted to it as well. 0/5 please avoid this crazy cowboy wanna be. His store has expired products and when told about it he blows it off.
Update, asked the manager for my final check and he continued to threaten me several times. I would definitely avoid this crazy little rocket man.
Another update, after two weeks I still haven’t been paid. I was informed that the money order I was given as payment is invalid and or counterfeit by the bank themselves. I’ve had to resort to filing harassment charges against the manager due to him constantly texting me and calling me out of my name along with my father. I don’t understand how 7-11 corporate offices haven’t done anything about this. It’s a disgrace to use their name and treat people as if they are below you. I pray someone higher up is able to take care of this issue🙏

Clerk with a real bad attitude and a gun sticking out of his waist I feel very comfortable going in to 7-11 store .I can’t imagine what children feel like. 7-Eleven is right next to a lot of schools I will never go back to a ANY 7-11 store . I hope they open another store soon near by. My family and I will keep going to QT because I do not want to get shot by crazy Asian wanna be cowboy. Clerk with Very confronting body language. This is the gas station I've been going to since I was a teenager always loved the place, but when it came to the COVID-19 pandemic this place gone down hill. I was in there buying drinks and chips when a guy came in without a mask and when I looked at the cashier he just nodded at the guy like if he gets a free pass for a virus. I was stunned and just got out of there as quick as I can, of course a couple days later I waited in the car with my friend when I saw a different guy came in there without a mask and the cashier just ignored it.
If you don't want to get the virus don't come here, it's a bad idea

After several attempts to collect my $270 that the manager and the owner admit to owing me, after contacting a couple news stations, after contacting 7-Eleven corporate office over two or three weeks ago(who has not gotten back to me), after contacting the Better Business Bureau before I proceed any further, after contacting customer care at 7-Eleven Corporate as well the problem still isn't resolved. The owner is extremely rude knowing that they owe me the $270. At the end of the day they have pocketed or stole my $270. I am a single parent barely able to make ends meet and they will not give me my $270. However calling themselves Christians this is totally against Christianity and God's principles saying Thou shalt not steal. Not only have they stolen from me but they are refusing to give me my $270 telling me to go through my bank and it's not an issue that I have with my bank the problem is with 7-Eleven and they will not give me my money. ALL I WANT IS MY $270.00 they know the owe me!
I WAS ROBBED!!! This morning,(rushing as always) I went inside the store the owner checked me out. Using my debit card, I got $30.00 worth of gas and $10.00 cash back. Why is it when I checked my purchases for today, I'd been charged $310.00 instead of $40.00. The owner HAD TO HAVE KNOWN! I wonder how many people they've gotten this way. ALWAYS get your receipts and pay attention to what's on the receipt. Just because they are behind the counter, the owner, manager..., doesn't make them honest. They're just waiting for the right opportunity to catch someone distracted and off guard.. I'm at a lost for words, he (the owner), had to have known. SMH, that's sad!! I am absolutely disgusted! Why, would he do that!
I forgot to come back with my update. The owner did return my $270.00 a month or so ago. This was after I emailed at least 12 or more in the corporate office. That's the media team included posted on Yelp contacted a couple of news stations letting them know what had happened. Me making all those post I guess wormed in my favor because I received a phone call from the manager and they told me to come get my money. So the issue has been resolved. Thank you.

Asian guy to work on his people skills. He is really rude to the customers. While back I was shopping for some cookies and I noticed some expired merchandise on the self. I politely told him and pointed it out. He just blew me off. The sad part is that today still saw the same expired stuff on the shelves now over 1 MONTH EXPIRED. So it shows that they don’t care about selling rotten food to customers. That place is a law suit ready to happen based off blatant negligence on their side. I bet you this is a franchise 711 and not a corporate 711 because the corporate ones strictly enforce quality and freshness to their customers.

I feel kind of uncomfortable when I come here but I still come and spend my money but the other day the white looking guy with the hat and weird looking mustache was very inconsiderate and rude when he rang out a customer in front of me and when it was my turn he didn’t say a word to me took off outside and left me standing there like a fool that was disrespectful to me so I won’t be coming back here again.
I just read all the negative reviews and I believe them if you want them to suffer just don’t go back and boycott that store

Two days ago i went into the store to buy some medicine, gas, and cigarettes. While i was in the isle getting the medicine i was looking in my purse to get my debit card to get ready tp purchase what i came gor but i notice i left my card in the car so i put the medicine back so i could go outside to get my car. When i was walking out the clerk hes a tall Black man with a messed up left eye accused me of stealing the medicine so i opened my purse to show him i wasnt stealing and i went outside to get my card. I was so pissed inside but the way i am i get very emotional so i didnt say much of anything about being accused! I showed him my card to say "see heres my card i went to go outside for" i was about to cry as was paying for my things. I went outside to pump my gas and i just had to go back inside to ask what time his manager would be in because he didnt even apologize after wrongfully excusing me. So i asked the time his manager is in he told me. I called two days in a row and no one ever answers the phone. Im a very busy person who works and i have a kid so before i went to work this morning i decided to go in the store to tell the manager. Well i thought the manager would be professional but nope he is rude like the clerk. As i was asking to speak with him the manager who is a Asian man hes kind of buff well he busy following some young kids around the store profiling them and that was a sign to me that this manager is just like the clerk but after he was done profiling the young kids he turned to me so i told him about what happened and this is what pissed me off even more he said "well why did he accuse you of stealing did you put something in you pocket" omg!!! I was getting emotional inside i told him i will never shop there again and i stormed out!!!!!!!! I wi be getting their names yoday after work so i can call corporate and write the CEO for profiling and harrassment. I want them to check the video to see i wasnt stealing and im a regular customer. Years ago i worked in a gas stayion so i know people steal and i also work in a professional bank on how to handle irate customers and both of them are horrible with dealing with customers. The manager has a business and hes followinv people around atleast dont be so obvious when profiling people and the proper thing to do is apologize when you wrongfully accuse someone!! The manager escalated this even worse now i am force to take it further because i am very traumatized and hurt.

Employees are great! I have never met a bad one there. Manager, horrible customer service; horrible employee / manager relations; treats everyone (customers) like we're all trying to steal something. I will be emailing / calling 7-11 main headquarters for this area and bombarding them with complaints.
