Well it happened, I just had the worst milkshake of my life. I ordered a medium cookie dough shake with Oreos. To say there was a language barrier is a bit of an understatement. He looked at me like I had just asked him for nuclear launch codes. So anyway he makes it and doesn't put Oreos in it. I don't say anything because it's not worth the effort. I get the shake and it's practically m ilk with chocolate chips in it, it bad. Drive five minutes to cold stone, trust me.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The "owner" is a complete jerk. He does not accept coupons from the app but his receipts print out the same coupons as the app and won't accept those coupons either. As I am asking questions why he ignores me and leaves the poor girl working to answer my questions and she had no clue. Horrible customer service. Cold Stone has WAY better ice cream and customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WHEN YOU CAN GO ACROSS THE FREEWAY AND GET BETTER EVERYTHING!!!!! I never post reviews, good or bad, so you know it had to be a horrible experience for me to do this.

Not a fan of this location! I don’t think I’ll ever be coming back here again! We waited for about 5 min for someone to come help us (and we were the only ones in there). The employee was very short and rude and my kids wanted to try some ice cream and he had a major attitude about it! Over priced and rude not coming back

If I could give it a big fat ZERO I would. First off he doesn't like doing samples. No one was offered any. Then he's super rude about taking your order. The scoops are so freaking tiny and then he tells me only as I'm trying to pay that he doesn't take any phone offers, TMobile Tues or Baskin Robbins app coupons or gift cards. Don't waste your time or money here. There's a ColdStone across the freeway.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Terrible never going here again. After a long day me and my brother wanted some ice cream. We went inside and an old guy (reciept said his name was Young) came and asked us in a mean tone "What do you want?" I was going to leave but my brother already got his ice cream. The ice cream tasted old and the service was awful! Go to another baskin robins it will be worth it.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have food allergies, that with certain steps can be mitigated. We asked for Young to rinse the scoop under clean water to limit gluten contamination. She didn't. She was rude. We said no nuts bc I'm mildly allergic. I found nuts in my banana split. I've been in and out of the bathroom since I finished my banana split. Sick. Because she didn't listen and didn't care. I'll never go here again.

Closed!! SMACK DAB IN THE MIDDLE OF THE AFTERNOON! FOR FROM THE TIME WE ARRIVED AT 4 PM UNTIL 5:30 PM! And who knows how long it had already been closed by the time I arrived.... Also server owner man, Not very FRIENDLY at all! Often out of things, Owner/server I have Never seen Smile or heard a nice word come from. Kind of a really Sour unpersonable unfriendly fellow... I would prob chose the Marysville Location over this location. Its been pretty disappointing all the way around... AND EX PEN SIVE!!!! I would not recommend this Establishment
