Jack In The Box

Omg! We were ordering a lot of food for take out. I needed to use the restroom. When I was in the store there was a lady yelling at me “going out restroom right now” I had tell her we ordered and waited for food she said “doesn’t matter” . She LOCKED the door after that, I meant, this is Fk RACIST…… we will never come back…so shame for them losing customers don’t know how to MANNER

Although the wait time can be long at this location, I usually don't have any issues other than that. HOWEVER, the last two times I have tried to stop here, I showed up around 11pm and was told they were closed. The hours posted with Google say that they are opened till 12am. This last time I pointed this out to the woman on the other end of the intercom and was told, "The hours posted online don't matter." I informed her that someone needs to fix it and drove away. Didn't even bother waiting to hear the excuse. The hours posted DO matter, especially with a bigger chain like Jack-in-the-box. It's very important to have reliable information for your customers. I don't mind if they are no longer going to be open until 12am, but they need to change their hours on Google to reflect this change and avoid disappointing customers. It's just good customer service to have your posted hours match your actual hours.

Worst experience other than the location in Ferndale the night before where we were told they were too busy to take our order when they had 3 cars in the drive through. Tonight was just as bad, we walked over from our hotel because we are in a Semi truck. We walked up and the door was unlocked, a lady met us at the door and said they were closed. We explained that we were not trying to eat there we just wanted food to go but did not have a car to go thru the drive thru. She said she could not help us, we asked if we could at least walk through the drive through as it was late and we were very hungry. Still no. I have never heard of restaurants who did not want to take someone's business. I wish I could give this location 0 stars. We are in this area often due to work and we remember the businesses who are understanding that sometimes drivers just want to order food but don't have a way to go through the drive thru. The lady was incredibly rude. We enjoy getting Jack in The Box when in the area but this location has forever lost our business.

Ordered from the mobile app never got our food and never got refunded had to call my bank to cancel the transaction. Worst experience ever. The windows at the drive-thru are disgusting the food takes forever at this Jack in The box and they never get anything right it's always something is missing or wrong on the order. Due to these conditions I will not return. Absolutely unacceptable! If I could give zero Stars I would.

The most RACIST fast food place I have ever been to . We come from out of town and happen to come by this place . We have always love the food here but from now I will refuse to come here . While waiting for our order , we made our way in to the store to use the restroom after a long drive . One of the cashier not only screamed at us telling us to get out , they rushed to lock the door like we are thieves while all we try to do is to use the restroom . They also tried to “ fake call “ the police . Please , if you are foreigners . DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE , STAY AWAY IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET TREATED LIKE DIRT

We ordered our food through the drive through, my order was burnt and cold which was very disappointing. The burger seemed as though it had sat around and an attempt was made to reheat it. The bread was hard, burnt, and the burger was cold and disgusting. After taking one bite, I tossed it into the trash.
