About half of the items we tried were excellent, but the food overall was very good. The service was also wonderful, we were a little early but the host kept us updated of our table every few minutes. The rest of the wait staff was also very friendly and helpful. Would absolutely eat here again.

One of the best hometown restaurants in Arlington! Walked in with a large take out order(7 people) and they whipped it out in about 30 minutes. Everything was hot and perfectly cooked. I was stuffed and excited for leftovers. Will be coming back for more

My boyfriend and I always call ahead to see if he’s working before we make the 30 minute drive. He never disappoints! Excellent customer service.

The steak had some fat and grissel on it but the taste was delicious. The mac and cheese was bland, the fried okra was good. My ice tea was warm, not enough ice in it. The rolls were very good but the butter too hard to spread.

We are not from the area and we were looking for a place to sit down and eat at outside of Memphis. We read the reviews for this place and decided to give it a try. On a Saturday evening there was only a 20 minute wait. I will say that on their porch was a small swarm of Bumblebees flying around. However, the atmosphere inside was quaint & rustic. All of the staff was nice & helpful. Their menu had a variety of options and prices. My shrimp on my poboy was bland but cooked decent. My wife loved her BLT with the fried green tomato. And the fried pies were good.

Very good steaks, the marinade is very similar to the Side Porch. A little pricey.

Delicious! Traveling through for work and decided to give them a try - my tastebuds were very appreciative of that decision. I had ribeye, green beans and a baked potato. The steak was cooked just right and was accompanied by a great sauce. The fried pecan pie was scrumptious!!!!

I didn't take pictures, sorry, next time for sure! Been here twice recently. Good burger, great catfish, and outstanding tea! Everything is good! Service is good as well. I really like like their cornbread rolls. Now as a Southern man, I really do not like "sweet" cornbread, it's just not Cherokee or Southern, but theirs is fan-flipping-tastic! Definitely come in and give them a try! Tell them Chef Michael sent you!
