4 Barrel Bar & Bbq

This was our second time eating here and we liked it even more than the first time. Decent draft beer choices. The food was outstanding. Boneless wings were crispy and delicious. We got the two meat platter with smoked chicken and pulled pork and the everything was very tender. There was one bartender working and even though she was half full on a Sunday afternoon she was pleasant and timely. Highly recommend giving this place a shot. Plus, fried Oreos for dessert!!

Really wanted to like this place. Maybe if we had gotten the BBQ on the day it was cooked, it wouldn't of been so dry. At least 2 day old ribs were like pork jerky, the brisket was dry even though the serving was from the fat cap. The chicken wasn't eatable without some BBQ sauce. The sausage, green chili and beans were pretty good. Swng and a miss! The bartender was very nice...

I have to say I’m a bit disappointed and I was really hoping this place would be great. GF and I went in on the later side (8:45 or so) and 4 barrel was still open to serve food. I got the brisket and she got the burger. The burger was good, however, the brisket was pretty dry and reminded me of pot roast. I know it was late, but if your going to serve food that late it needs to be the same quality as in the middle of the day. The amount of fries she got was pretty comical and charging $2 extra for tater tots seems steep considering that they are about the same price as fries to purchase. The food took a pretty long time to come out although we were the only people that ordered. Additionally, when I asked what a “Ginger Highball” was, neither bartenders had a clue. I don’t expect everyone to know everything, however, if it’s one of your specials you should probably know what it is. All in all I contemplated giving 2 stars and 2.5 isn’t an option so I rounded up to 3. Not sure if I will be back for a while.

This place is great, the food, the service, music, atmosphere, all of it. We were two of 6 first time customers while her everyone was impressed. Stevie our bartender was awesome!!! Will tell all our friends. Please come and enjoy, we had the buffalo chicken salad and Smoked wings with a side of jalepeno hush puppies. All were excellent

I had the hot links with onions sandwich which I expected to have a general amount of onions, although it was okay, it wasn't hot links, it was more like a polka kielbasa sausage, and very few onions. I may try them out one more time and then make up my mind whether to go again. I will definately, order a different item on their menu. The bartender was friendly enough. The games were on, beautiful day. It wasn't crazy loud or busy. Ambience was relaxed.

Super Yum!! We got the platter to try all of the meats. It comes with 4 if you get the bigger platter. We skipped the links but will try them next time. Also the Arvada hash. Amazing!! Fast, friendly service with great bbq. Not busy this Sunday night. I loooove their rustic baking pans which the bbq is served in. Baked beans have BACON !! Love that! The ribs were perfect. Chipotle chicken was not my fave but I’m not a chipotle person. The waitress was so thoughtful she put ramekins in our take home box to fill with their bbq sauces. Great rustic detail and perfect for old town:)

The food, particularly the Haas was amazing. The food and drinks were reasonably priced. There is a classy yet rugged sports bar decor accented with an outdoor fire pit. The service was friendly but a little slow, probably because I came in near closing time. Drink selection was limited but still had some good brews. Definitely a good place for a bit or a beer.
