This place has great food! I've been more than once. Their hot and sour soup is super good. I got rice noodles with pork egg rolls and i loved every bite of it. Previously, I've ordered something like the General Tsao's chicken and that was also really good. And they have Thai iced tea!!! Which is my special treat to myself. Highly recommend.

Second time picking up dinner from here - both times the appetizers are crispy and not greasy! The dishes have been very good and the soups are tasty too. The Rose Garden Dinner specials are a good deal for two - enough for 2 or 3 meals each!

The Chinese food here is one of the best in town and could pass as fine dining quality for Chinese cuisine. The sauces are delicious yet not greasy, flavorful without tasting sugary, starchy or msg like other Chinese food. The place is low key and mom and pop for eat in and takeout. The lunch and dinner combination specials are great. The egg rolls are yummy and not ginormous or greasy but still has the Traditonal flavors and cabbage that I like so much. I highly recommend this rare neighborhood find tucked in a corner of the Safeway strip small.

Horrible!
Waited 50 minutes for my pickup order. Usually when time is long it’s going to be fresh n hot,, not this time, wonton were so old they were chewy, egg rolls were cold and just as chewy. All 6 entree meats were hard , definitely a waste of 90$-

If you treat your customers with courtesy and graciousness, they will always return.
Perhaps it is a problem with the owner or the management that once leaving The Rose Garden, you feel like you were not treated very well.
That is unfortunate since the food is very good.

This place was pretty good and was our spot... Until my husband and I got food poisoning for 2 days. We are certain it was from the food here. Real bummer. Won't be returning.

The absolute bomb! Best quality, price, portion combo in town! Tiny dining area due to strip mall location, so you'll notice all the take-out customers.
