Cold Stone Creamery

I have never been disappointed in cold stone creamery in my life but today these guys tried to pull a fast one. While I still ate it all they put the small size in the medium size cup. Not earth shattering but I did believe the people at cold stone had better ethics then that. Sometimes ice cream is all you have to look forward to, my faith in humanity is crushed.

I have come to this store a couple times in the past year. I have always loved how welcoming and helpful the staff has been every time I come in. I recently came in wanting to use Apple Pay and forgot to bring my debit card with me. I don’t know the name of the staff member, but he paid it for me. It made my bad day turn into a good day. I’m always going to remember that and I will consider this location my main ColdStone. Love this store!

3rd visit in a week. First visit there was a hair in my Ice cream. Second visit they were pretty clueless and not as welcoming as the person who I had the first time.. they didn't have any tops to the large tub so I had to accept a lesser amount but still paid for the large tub...3rd and final visit was yesterday. The two girls working need major training. Rude (whispering to each other about someone in our party) then they overfill the ice cream tub to the point where the top couldn't go on. Stuck it in a tiny paper bag and sent me on my way..the bag ripped before I got to the car and there was ice cream everywhere. Was actually upset that I tipped them. I like the ice cream but it's the poor customer service and faulty practices for me. Hoping to find another ice cream place to frequent! Spent close to $60 in 3 visits..never again.

$15.00 with $2.00 tip for the smallest amount of ice cream I have ever received. Two separate servings. First time at this location. Have had better experience at other locations. Too many other options for ice cream in area to ever come back. I believe employee training is the issue. Hope franchise can fix quickly.

**** Edit**** Pwner made everything right with such efficiency and kindness . My faith in this location has been restored ***** I placed an order through the Cold Stone App.I ordered a French Vanilla “Ours” with Pineapple and Strawberry Mix-Ins. I picked up the order and everything seemed fine. When I arrived home, I felt something rattling in the ice cream carton . It was the smaller size “Mine” with a little extra on top and it only had the pineapple Mix-in. I called the location they didn’t believe me. I took a picture as proof. They told me to come back and bring my receipt. When I arrived they quickly handed me an “Everybody’s” size . I tried to show them what I got. No one was interested. I did accidentally spill some on the floor trying to show them what I got. I did wipe it up. I was assured that the order was correct. When I got home, the “ Everybody’s” size had a small amount of the Mix-ins at the top and not throughout the ice cream. See attached photos. This is the worst service I have receive from a Cold Stone ever.

Great costumer service, the two young ladies working had spectacular attitudes, were friendly, helpful, and patient. Their attitudes were just as amazing as the ice-cream itself! Excellent variety of both flavor and container, whether you want it in a bowl, chocolate dipped cone, dipped cone WITH SPRINKLES...they've got it all!

Placed my order online for delivery and the kids working screwed up my order. When I called they wanted to know if I wanted to pick up the missing items at a later date. Why would I do that?! I bought the stuff to eat today not later. Then the little girl said she had no idea how to even do a refund. She said she would need to call her manager. Edit: I was contacted by who I assume is the manager. He was very apologetic about the situation. The way he handled it was very professional and I appreciate what he did.
