Black Jack Pizza

I have to start by saying that I have waited 4 days to post my review because I was so mad I didn’t want it to be full of anger and rant! We have used this Blackjack pizza for years! I have bought up to 8 to 10 pizzas at a time for events or large family gatherings. I am a personal assistant for a well known beer family and sometimes we order pizza for big events because what goes better with beer! I had a $65 order … so a small order, on Saturday. It was almost come on an hour late, so I called with my confirmation number to check on it. I never ever get snappy with people on the phone because it doesn’t work and it is rude! This guy who answered the phone came at me guns a blazing! Yelled at me then HUNG UP on me! I am a great tipper and I’m sure the drivers are happy when I order. My food finally came and I had already tipped on my order, so I handed the guy who brought me my order another $20 because that is my final tip! Never ever will I order from anyone who hangs up on me for no reason! I was not rude or unkind to this guy on the other end of the phone. So, Blackjack advertising isn’t the only way to get customers you have to actually keep them. Cheers Blackjack and good luck!

This store is the worst Blackjack Pizza in Denver metro. They make mistakes every single time I pick up and then they blame it on me and this is coming straight from the owner / manager who says we're independently-owned so we can essentially treat you however we want. You're in a position of customer service you need to learn how to do a better job

Jeanine C. Was an amazing, helpful, and inviting asset to the Blackjack company. She was very inviting and helpful to the choices that we decided on. She did all the service aspect, cooking it, serving it and making sure all was sent out in a timely manner. She was amazing. Then about 20 minutes after we got home with our order we saw her delivering a pizza to my sisters neighbors. We were amazed at all she does.

Absolutely hate when you get a pizza, and there is barely any cheese, just sauce and crust. Especially when it's a cheese pizza. On this one, it looked like they chucked a handful in the center and that's it. That's a piece of cheese at the tip of the pizza slice.....well kind of. Almost funny if I didn't pay for it. I just can't justify it anymore. Would get less of a rating, but the girl who delivered it was genuinely friendly. I'm sure they all are and mean well, but mission failed. Pizza sucked. Sorry guys.

Top notch. LOVE Blackjack!! Their pizza is the best! All of the crust styles are equally great. So good that it’s hard to decide which crust to get. Pizzas have always had plenty of toppings! They even have a great garlic butter and the ranch is awesome. Salads are really great as well! We’ve been ordering frequently for a couple years and never once have had an issue with delivery. Orders have always come within the expected time frame by very friendly delivery persons. Pizza has always been delivered hot & absolutely delicious. Love that they now have an app, it’s made online ordering from a mobile device even easier. Highly recommend Blackjack!

Ordered pizza on their website They charged me and order went through fine w confirmation notification Went to pick it up They were closed! Then blackjack pizza and doordash made me go back and forth between the two of them for 5 calls and 3 emails and 80 minutes of my time before I was refunded. Go elsewhere. I Used to love this place. Message after my order was placed (the place want even open but they said they were on Google): your order is confirmed! Our kitchen staff is working on your order.
