I ALWAYS have great service at this location. I’ve been to several stores and no other location compares to the top notch service I receive. The bread and meat taste fresh on every order and this location is so clean. The manager (Sonia I believe is her name) is kind and professional. This manager leads as a good example to her employees because they’re also kind and professional. They’re all so cheerful and I feel my day is brightened when I leave this store. I would happily drive out of my way just to order from this location. You’re missing out if you haven’t tried this location. I rate this jimmy johns a 10/10. I’m a very satisfied customer.

6/12/21 I made an online order around 6pm, when I came to pick it up there was one employee there that didn’t start on sandwiches yet. Than I was told they were out of the bread and I was ok with sandwich bread, but than I was told they were out of tuna, and out of dipping ranch. So I cancelled whole order. Second time I stopped by around 5 pm and I was told they’re actually closed for the day because not enough employees 😬, seems like every time there’s some kind of an issue, 88th and Sheridan is real JJ freaky fast freaky good, I ain’t going back to Wandsworth location. 12/26/21 6:30pm Decided to give this place a chance again, ordered 5 giant subs and regret it again. Sandwiches were made very sloppy, after I unwrapped it meat was out of all sandwiches. Never had this experience at any other JJs than this location. Beach Club had about 1/2” layer of cheese and missing turkey. Employees that were making them didn’t seem to care much and complained how hard it is to make giant subs while using profanity. Not sure if owner ever checks these reviews but if you do, either fix it please or close it up. Oh and this store always has shortages on everything and often close early than scheduled closing time.

Food was great! Unfortunately the team needs some more training on customer service. I had my order taken by a cashier that couldnt be bothered. Once I had my food I sat at a table to eat it and was interrupted by the dining room lights being turned off. This occurred 4/22/22 at 7:30ish. Had to ask one of the crew members what time they closed because I was sitting in the dark and no one said anything. The guy replied they were out of bread and were closing early due to it. He said we were welcome to stay and finish our meals though. Kind of hilarious actually. We left shortly thereafter.

I've now had three experiences where my order took over an hour to show up from this location. I get that service is difficult right now, but the reason I'm ordering from Jimmy John's at all is their "freaky fast" delivery. This location just doesn't do that. Will be going elsewhere, or ordering from the Sheridan location.

Tried calling several stores and had little to no help at all and no one wants to take accountability because apparently no store has this driver on their team. Corporate number keeps going to voice-mail and JJ website won't accept my email for feedback. So I'm leaving reviews on every possible JJ location because we need to do better. On 04/26/22 around 7:00pm we had a reckless driver from JJ in a red Subaru license plate BCE-205 not stop at a stop sign and flew in front of us and considering how fast they were going I am afraid to think they were going over our 25mph speed limit in the neighborhood but I can't confirm that. I took a picture as well so I could get the info and plate fast. If they were not from this location I apologize for wasting time but when leaving simple feedback is this hard it's a problem too.

Echoing the other reviews of this location: Delivery service is basically non existent, for some reason. Two times now I've placed an online order for delivery, and I've had to give up after it was not delivered in any reasonable amount of time. I've filed feedback on the website as well, and haven't heard back about it. It doesn't seem like the owners of this franchise care about their customers.

My review seem to relate to all the others. Ordered a sandwich. After an hour of not receiving/hearing anything from the store I call. It’s 7pm, guy says store is closed at 7pm. They don’t have the decency to tell me my order was voided after an hour of waiting. Guy who answered phone was rude too. I use to work here funny thing 8 years ago. I couldn’t imagine the back lash I’d receive if I did things the way these guys do. Inexcusable.
