Very slow drive through. Sat for 5 minutes waiting for them to take my order. When I ordered, the person taking it was condescending and did not trally care that my aggitation was because they were taking so long. When i said i was sorry for my shortness, their response was well you had 3 people ahead of you. Location has always been slow and no one seems to care. Management really should do a better job and not allow it to be a teen hangout in the back.

I have always had a great experience at the Arby's on 58th in Arvada. The people are nice, professional and relatable. I would go everyday, honestly, and my receipts would vouch for me that it's 6 out of 7 days of the week. So yummy!

The girl taking my order was really nice and I asked to use the bathroom, you had to go outside and around back and I didn't have my walker and it was a struggle but made it. She seemed truly sorry and was gracious. Sometimes you just want to deal with someone kind.

Placed a huge order and this Arby's only had one worker. She was efficient, kind, and great. It took a little longer than usual but she did the absolute best with the short staffing

Pretty great. I had the mac-n-cheese plus beef n cheddar sandwich for $6. Hard to find decent valuethese days. Also staff was very nice.

I'm not REALLY much of an Arby's fan, however, I was really hungry and ordered the Grilled Chicken Sandwich and it was surprisingly good. So 4 stars from me on the Unusually Great Burger & Service!!

At the end of September my husband was shorted 2 sandwiches going through the drive thru. I called and spoke to Ty and he said they couldn't refund to my card, but he would record the problem in a book they keep to reimburse customers and the next time we came in, we could get our 2 sandwiches and maybe a couple of free desserts. When my husband went to the store tonight, Gabby told him that it had been too long and we couldn't get our sandwiches and threw our receipt back at my husband. He said she was one of the rudest workers he's ever encountered. When he got home I called the store to see if we could work something out. I was told that Gabby wasn't there so I asked for the manager. Deonne (sp?) told me she knew all about the interaction with Gabby and my husband and it has been too long. I tried to explain that you can't just keep people's money and that Ty had said there was no time limit, but she just continued to yell that it had been too long and she didn't need to listen to me! Unbelievable! I contacted corporate and they are sending me 2 Make It Right coupons to make up for it and they are requesting upper management counsel Deonne and Gabby on customer service. Personally, IMO, Deonne should be fired!!!! We will never visit THIS store again!
