Papa Johns Pizza

I placed on order online for delivery, waited 53 minutes for the pizza to arrive. The pizza arrives cold, with basically none of the toppings on there and missing the dipping sauces I paid for. I called the store 3 times, first 2 times it rang and then hung up, 3rd time someone picked up but I was placed on hold for 25 minutes and then hung up on. I work in food service, at a Qdoba, and this is not acceptable whatsoever. I understand you can get busy and be short staffed, especially during a lunch/dinner rush, but it still is not an excuse for not answering your phone calls, or answering them, and placing people on hold for almost 30 minutes, then hanging up.

So I worked at papa johns at one point and I do know how things are supposed to be. This store has everything wrong. The front door is shattered in two spots. I walked in wasn't greeted two employees talking loudly next to me while I'm trying to talk with the cashier. Finally get my pizza. The cashier didn't open the pizzas and show them to me. Get home one pizza is poorly cut the other pizza wasn't even cut. After cutting the pizza I realized the dough was still half raw (I asked for well done). Tried calling the store no answer, called again someone picked up and hung it back up, called again no answer and called one more time and no answer. This is the worst experience I've had at a pizza chain. I emailed corporate which they gave me coupon codes for 2 large 2 topping pizzas (however this wasn't even the same value as the pizza I bought). I cant believe this store is still open, I don't know who owns it but it seems like no one wants to work there and the service was by far the worst I've had. Never will I even think of ordering from here again.
