Please stay away... customer service today was pathetic. I like the Ice cream there, but we all know prices are going up, understandable. I was charged 8.22 for 2 scoops of Ice Cream, what really got my attention was charging 39 cents to get a regular cone, the one in a cup was no charge. First I ask the young lady where that charge was noted? She looked couldn't see it and just said I just do what the manager says, don't know, but that was the first time I was charged that. If the item is not posted you must inform the customer its an extra charge so I can make an informed decision. Clearly posted on wall a cone or scoop were the same price. What a shame, the owner should be ashamed to be sneaky about squeezing money out of customers in a deceitful way.

The BR around my house is ALWAYS out of Chocolate Fudge ice cream! So I went three towns over to my NEW PERM BR for all my ice cream! I walked into this store and WOW! BEAUTIFUL. SPOTLESS. VERY VERY FRIENDLY PEOPLE! The place was in perfect shape and so much ice cream. The young man and young lady that helped me well ger they were totally AWESOME!

I live less than 5 mins from a Dairy Queen but opted to drive 30 mins away for Baskin Robbins seasonal Valentine's ice cream. The flavor love potion 31 is my favorite of all time! I was really disappointed the hours are not updated online. Google says they close at 10 pm and that the hours were updated just 2 weeks ago. When I arrived at around 9:05 we were shooed away by the employees signaling they were closed. I stuck around for a few minutes to see if they'd turn off their open sign but it looked like the staff were just chatting inside. Went to Dairy Queen instead for my late night cravings. Hope I get the chance to snag some love potion 31 before it's gone! DQ: 1 Baskin: 0
