7-eleven

I've been going to this 7/11 for a while now. I've met plenty of workers who come and go. Everybody that works or has worked at this location is pretty tight. Terry's been there for a while and he's pretty chill. Some reviews say he's rude but many people are very sensitive these days which isn't surprising. The pumps do have problems at times but I usually just go inside and get whatever I need whether it's for work at whatever. Overall it's a decent corner 7/11 that isn't filled with homeless people begging for money on the sides.

This place is actually pretty good. Everyone in the afternoon is great.... except Terry. He's rude and seems to hate his job. He is nice to women though. I can't give enough praise to everyone else though. They're some great people and always keep the store clean and organized. Get rid of the on bad apple and this place would be 5 stars.

I know why this store has 2 stars. This is a horrible place. I bought gas and asked for restroom, they said it is wet. I saw three employees on the counter, so no one should be cleaning on restrooms. It was sure they didn’t want me to use restroom. Restroom is very essential for anybody. I suggest the 7-11 should take any action on it.

I live right down the street from this location. Everyone has been extremely nice until today. The gentleman by the name of Chris has always been friendly until today. Refused to let me purchase cigarettes and exchange a scratch ticket. He told me to go to the 7eleven on Ward Road. He said i was rude to him previously and threw my money at him. He has me totally confused with someone else because we have always been friendly to each other. Would not allow the other cashier to wait on me. Every time i have gone in to this store Chris, has done nothing but complain about his job and how much he hates it. I understand you are in customer service and you deal with people all day, I am a very nice personable person and to be treated like this by someone that obviously is not a happy person to take it out on a customer will not be happening. I will NOT be returning and I have filed a complaint with corporate.

If I could give it 0 stars I would! For starters, 7-11 is open 24 hours. It says so right here on Google. Then we pull up to the pump and get out to pump gas and the employee working tonight just shuts off the lights on us at 9:56pm. It's false advertising when advertising says you are open 24-7 365 days. Then it's rude to shut the lights off on a customer! I will NEVER come to this location again. I'll be sure everyone hears about it too. Maybe file a BBB complaint for false advertising.

Didn't know I needed to check expiration dates at a convenience store. Went in today to buy some milk after taking a sip and realize that the taste was off I looked at the date. the date of the milk was 7-23-19 a week old tasted horrible. after throwing up and turning around on the highway to return my milk as I'm waiting for the manager I noticed in the cooler that there's milk marked 7 -14 -19. Nothing's worse than having the manager smirk like that's not a big deal and then informs me he's never gotten sick from milk. People please make sure to check the dates on all stuff that you're buying. I'll never use this store again.

I go there and spend money every single day. Everyone there knows me by name. Well today I left never wanting to come back. I needed to exchange something because the seal was broken and you never know who has done what these days so I asked for an exchange and the manager looks at me in disbelief and slowly nods approval. As if I shot his kid In front of him or something. Totally embarrassing in front of other customers, also said something in the form like he was mocking me and acted like I was a complete idiot. Really don’t want to go back again.
