Taco Bell

It's getting old getting louzy food prep from Taco Bell. We placed an order for 6 people. The two tacos were a soggy mess. We ordered 3 spicy Burrito Supremes and yet none had the green sauce. I worked at Taco Bell as a teen. People loved my Burrito Supremes. Key word Supreme. They are supposed to be the largest burrito. Now these BS burritos are not any bigger than the lower cost bean burritos.

Hardly ever open any more. Been going here for decades (literally). Manager there (Brandi) gave zero $#!?s that we waited for one burrito for almost 15 minutes, all the while watching the drive thru process at least 15 cars. Her comment "we'll get to it when we get to it" when the cashier (Devon- who was hugely apologetic and far more suited for the manager role) asked on the status, was said loud enough for the whole lobby to hear. I highly recommend that the franchise owners take a much closer look at their resources and shift management!!

Wow this tacobell had a turn around. I'm not sure what happened maybe new management ? This last month store has been great to me everytime I come in. Long line but speed has definitely picked up at this location!! They even have the lobby open now. Great to take my kids when I don't feel like making dinner. Quality has been amazing lately. Store has a good environment. I live right up the block so love it !!

I don't understand the point of "Online Ordering" when I still have to wait in line for 15 minutes just to pull up to the window and my order not even ready. So a total of about 30+ minutes after I placed my order. Why can't you guys have your doors unlocked so people CAN GO IN and actually pick their order up themselves? Covid is way past it's prime to be still having locked doors. Just an excuse for the employees not to have to deal with customers. I see Taco Bell going out of business before we know it. There's always a problem not matter which one you go to.

Slowest taco bell ever, you'll be lucky if they are even open much less get you food in less than 20 minutes... Ive been sitting in the drive thru almost 25 minutes now....there was only a few cars in front of me. I'm now watching people i watched walk in sit down and eat their food. I'm also trapped (no way to get out of this drive thru) Pls pay your employees more or shut down, this business needs to fail. (I left and went to jimmy johns, im not paying $15 for a few tacos after waitong 30 minutes)
