This pub has really outshone itself, the place looks good, was full but not crowded, very very good wait staff and bar service, and guess what they were consistent on the night- and there was no shortage of them on shift, calm, no stress, and this was on a. Friday night as well. Food really was on par with the service standards- good and timing great.Hard to beat the quality price value here . All entree servings were good portions and very well cooked and fresh. The sides and salads for the steaks were tasty and dressed and seasoned well.The kitchen there knows how to cook decent thick and well rested steaks.hard too find a reason not go back. Thanks for a really nice end to the week, and super good night out.

We’re locals who choose to go to this amazing hotel at least once a week for steak night, if not twice a week as we’re business owners, extremely short on time and the incredible service and experience headed up by Nick and his awesome team is old fashioned customer service like nothing else! Nothing is too much trouble, even in times when they’re struggling with staffing issues like every other hospitality business, they provide amazing customer service and delicious food!
