Waffle House

My son and I were visiting PCB for the first time in October 2023 when I discovered he was having major reactions to gluten and any seasoning in/on his food. My son has Autism along with cerebral brain signal abnormality. So on top of all that there is almost zero gluten free options when it comes to eating out period and most employees do not care about our food issues or even try to understand . BUT... THANK GOD for AMANDA and JAMES here at this WAFFLE HOUSE at: 11140 Panama City Beach Pkwy, Panama City Beach, FL 32407. To whom I will forever be greatful to for taking the time to listen to my specific needs and concerns, for cleaning off that other grill so my son's pork chops would be sure to have no pepper whatsoever, and for the encouraging words and the very sweet people you are. The food was excellent (pork chops and hashbrowns with cheese)! He loved it and I will always remember your awesomeness!! And KUDOS to WAFFLE HOUSE for having more than a few gluten free menu items. Thanks so very much!!!

Visited on a Monday morning and it was PACKED! We were a party of 6 so we had to sit split up 4 in a booth and 2 at the table/bar. Order was taken quickly and food arrived not long after. A couple of sides didn't make it at first and the pecan waffle took a while. When a place is packed or super busy I overlook the little things. Those people work HARD and 8t shows and is appreciated. There's no doubt I would go again.

Arrived around 11 am on a July Saturday morning. Only had 2 people in front of us. Was greeted promptly and sat at a clean table. Knew our order right away and placed that with a round of waters. Food came out promptly followed by 3 warm delicious waffles. Bill for 4 adults was $42. Our server was kind and friendly. Music was great there too. Will be back!

I make it a point to not "cross the bridge" during the summer season, but I had patients to see at the beach clinic. I went to First Watch to find a 20-30 minutes wait so I went to Waffle House instead. My food was delicious and was served within 5 minutes of ordering... And under $15 with tip! The staff is friendly and got along with each other. The restaurant is clean.
