Willy's Mexicana Grill & Howlin' Willy's

I love Willys but this location isn't my favorite. I did not like that when I got my nachos my toppings were unusually cool to the touch by the time I sat down. This is telling me that the holding temperature is not high enough and i will not be surprised if someone gets sick eventually. Other Willys I've gone to you can see the steam coming off the rice and beans on the line. Not this one. Go in, and you'll see what i mean.The restaurant also isn't the cleanest, and I don't even attempt to use the bathroom. The employees are nice and do their job well but I do not have 100% confidence that I won't get sick here so I've ticked it off my list for now.

This is my favorite Willys location to go too! The customer service is amazing, their manager Esther is so lovely, and her customer service is superb. The staff are sweet and work effectively and fast whenever it’s lunch time, I’m always in and out when I go. The restaurant is clean and the food is always good!!

i have been coming to this location for years and i am always very pleased.... BUT tonight i have gotten the best customer service i had in a long time, from the young lady with the shiny teeth ;)... i wish i would have asked her name!! She served me and my family with a smile!! Thank you guys so much for your service

Nice place, first time going there. The food was great, customer service was great also. Willy's put you in the mine of, Moe's and chipotle only with a better selection with their menu. Out of the three choices Willy's will be my number one from now on. Pricing, I would say it's somewhat affordable and a little bit up there but so is every other restaurant/ fast food out here.

My coworker suggested this place because of the spice level they offer for their chicken. I had the 8 pc wing combo with a side of baked beans. I asked for the hottest level which is "howlin". The restaurant is located inside Willy's Mexican restaurant. It's minimal seating cause Willys is always busy due to the airline employees that come through. There's also a outside patio area but it was too hot to sit outside that day. The chicken came out hot but the spice level wasn't hot to me. I eat hot food all the time and was looking forward to see if the spice level was up to par. I do appreciate the chicken bring cooked to order. The baked beans tasted like they were out of a can. Not a fan of them at all plus they were room temp. Next time I'll try to tacos or tenders and fries. Customer service was good. I will be back. Parking is tight too cause it shares a lot with Johnny's Pizza and Willys.

I do apologize for not getting more detailed pictures of the ingredient sections, menu selections, and even the nacho to go plate I chose (the good stuff is under the veggies). That being said you can choose from beef, steak, and different flavors of chicken 🐔. Not shown there are several sauces: hot, mild, green, and spicy. The team members were nice, service was great, selection was fresh, and for roughly around $12 the portions were good 👍😁
