100% authentic Italian pizza + the staff is super friendly and exceptional at handling multiple customers at once. I wish I could put into words how good this pizza is and I absolutely resent traditional “pizza” so I was skeptical about trying this place. Absolutely melts into your mouth, authentic ingredients, and low-gluten content in the flour — which is so rare for a pizza place. If you haven’t tried Varuni Napoli, you are seriously deprived of the best pizza. I am personally a Margharita pizza fan. I’ve probs been here 3x in the past year. Seriously just go, you will not regret it! (No photos here — It’s so good I literally cannot let my phone eat first.)

Without a doubt the best pizza I've ever had. Not just in Atlanta; this is the best pizza I've ever had anywhere. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, the dough is handmade on the spot, the service is fast, and the flavours are absolutely mouthwatering. Getting to watch them make and bake the pizza is lots of fun, and the ambience of Krog creates an atmosphere of coziness making this the perfect night out.

This is my favorite pizza place in Atlanta. I recommend the oro bianco, chiattona benni, margherita pizza, Nutella calzone—it’s all excellent. The service is extraordinary, and the people who work there are personable and welcoming. Highly recommend this place if you like the thinner crust style Italian pizza offered up with wonderful hospitality and skill. All the ingredients are authentic and imported from Italy. The taste reflects that.

One of my all time favorite pizza places, all their ingredients are imported from Italy. The employees are consistently extremely warm and personable, and the pizza is some of the best anywhere in Georgia. Unlike their larger main location in Piedmont Park, this smaller shop also has Italian sandwiches which you definitely should try when you get the chance.

Clean and nice place for great pizza. 🍕 Margherita Pizza: Flavor is great, thin and crust tastes great. However, I’d wish to have more mozzarella cheese on top 🧀 Arancini is small and standard in flavor, nothing stood out in particular 🥗 Varuni Salad: The dressing is amazing. A smoky flavor, would definitely get the salad again 🍰 Tiramisu is very authentic to Italian flavor. Not too sweet, and very soft and creamy

I ordered the Nonna Mia and oh my goodness was it amazing! I’ve never been to Italy, but I imagine this pizza is as close to what you’d get in Naples as anything. The amount of cheese, sauce, and toppings was perfect. The homemade meatball was so flavorful. The buffalo mozzarella was melty and silky smooth. The sauce…..man. That San Marzano ragu was was unlike anything I’ve ever had. The crust was something I could have happily eaten plain, and I’m not a huge crust guy. I ordered at the counter. Service was good and very quick. Prices are very reasonable for what you get. If you find yourself at the Krog Street Market, grab yourself a pizza. I’m not sure how it will be left over. But, even if it’s half as good as it is fresh, it will still be better than almost any pizza out there. And the only reason there are leftovers is because we got something to try from another restaurant.

Been here twice now and it's REALLY good. The fried calzone is excellent and a fun take on a classic (you should flip it when they serve it to you so that you don't get a soggy bottom). The meatball parm sandwich was delicious too. Fresh bread??? Yes please. Different servers both times and the service was fabulous- very friendly people and very knowledgeable about the menu. Can't wait for my next meal there.
