The girl working on Black Friday was so nice! She was really patient with my 4 year old and made her feel so special. You can tell she actually enjoyed being at work. She even made us fresh waffle cones. 😊

I am BIG on customer service . I do not care how good the product is if the customer service is not up to par I will not patronize the business . I can say that all of the ladies here are polite and patient. The line could get pretty long but its worth the wait. My daughter and I love this place rather we are eating the ice cream, sherbet or the flavored ice. The only reason why I did not give this place 5 stars is because sometimes the wait is 20 or more minutes.

Really enjoyed our ice cream at Bruster's. Staff was friendly. The turtle sundae was so good! Only wish there was a couple of tables to sit down at. There were benches but I had two kids with me and it would have just been easier at a table.

Nothing beats Bruster's on a hot summer day. Tiffany was a great cashier. She was smiling the entire time and very nice even though there were like a hundred people in line. I would definitely come back here and recommend it to anyone who wants some good ice cream on a hot day or not.

Excellent ice cream as usual! Service was a little different, they changed the way u order and pick up. You could tell it was a new process and kind of disorganized.

Well i work here overall the job is amazing and as well as the customer we always keep everything clean while at least two people are register and aomeone else is making fresh cones and bowls it is overall a great place

When I get my granddaughter Buster's is a special place where I take her..She tells everybody she's getting pink ice cream with sprinkles. I love taking her to Buster's on camp creek. The customer service is great!

My 1st time here, I wanted ice cream. McDonald's ice cream machine was down.
Thus is gud pricey but worth it.
