Otter's Chicken

So I come here often and enjoy the food for the most part. I like that it gives young adults/teenagers a place to work. Very neighborhood feel. However I don’t understand ordering ahead. Being told my order would be ready in 10 minutes. Getting here 20 minutes later and having to wait 25 more minutes for my food to come out. Currently waiting with three other people ahead of me. This happens every time however this has to be a record wait time for a pre-ordered meal. If I order ahead I expect to walk-in and pick up my order and go.

Chicken was fresh with just a little heat(the hottest variety), fries were meh maybe from waiting on the chicken, took longer than the stated 20 minutes. Got some other items that weren't satisfactory and they offered to replace all of them. I'll continue to support as they have the customer's concern in mind. Keep it up!

First time eating here. While they do have alternative selections (salads, wraps, etc), their main focus is on tenders and wings. Ordered the 3 tender meal. I didn’t know what to expect. While the tenders tasted good, I was really disappointed in their size. I really didn’t think I got a good value for my money, and probably won’t return. Edit: the response of the owner is enough to re-rate at 4 stars.

My husband and I love Otters. Between their wings and Marietta Wings and More, we cannot get enough. Our favorite item is the wing box tossed in Liquid Gold. Their store is always clean, for the quality and location, they are very fairly priced and always have parking. Right now they have this super cool promo where kids can eat in free after 4pm! Love the family-friendly atmosphere!

This was my first time at Otter's Chicken. The cashier was very nice and helpful. The restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. The food was great! I got the fried chicken tenders and fries. The food was fresh and temperature hot. The chicken was crispy on the outside and moist, not dried out, breast meat. The fries were perfectly done. It was a great experience.
