We took a break over the summer because the Wings seemed to be consistently overcooked and small. Something had changed and we tried several visits. We were done. We decided to go back this week and check the status of what used to be a favorite beer and wing place. Pleasantly surprised!!! Wings were cooked perfectly, service ( bar area) was friendly and efficient and we are back!!! Thank You!

I’ve ordered here multiple times (for pick up) and the food has been fairly consistent. The wings are really good and priced well. Not sure why others have had a bad experience, but I’m sure it can happen occasionally, but overall a good place.

One of my favorite wing places. They have unique flavors like hot A1 or hot lemonyaki that are really delicious. Love their selections of fries too with lemon pepper fries and cajun fries that are really good. Highly recommend the bone in wings because they are really saucy and flavorful. I would highly recommend trying this place. They have much more than wings including the new impossible burger that is vegan. Lot of options and very tasty food. What's not to love

The Wing Factory serves a good variety of chicken wings from sweet and mild to very spicy. Good offering of kids items as well.
When you come here, be prepared to sit a while. The service is often slow - even when the restaurant is fairly empty. Waiting 10 minutes before wait staff comes by to get drink orders is not uncommon.
If you have a short lunch break this is probably not the place to go.

I have been in a few times to place to go orders and am usually helped by a hostess with long brown hair. She has ALWAYS been rude to me and I considered not coming back.
Yesterday I decided to give Wing Factory one last try but when I saw that the same lady was there I went and placed my order at the bar. What a difference that made!! The bartender with tattoos was extremely friendly and my experience was a complete 180 from previous visits. I’m going to continue placing orders with the bar from now on. A+++

Fast delivery! When my order wasn't right, I called them. In no time, the delivery driver was back with the correct order! Great customer service, yummy bone-in lemon pepper wings and crinkle cut fries! This is my new neighborhood wing place.

We love this place. The wings are excellent. We always get the bone in original. The bleu cheese has nice chunks in it and I think it's homemade. Whether it's dine in, take out, or delivery they are usually spot on. And when they do make a mistake or something happens they are always quick to correct it.

I don't eat wings but my boyfriend love them. I really enjoyed the fried mushrooms and the Bloody Mary. The bartender was hilarious. He even gave us a sample before we ordered a batch of the mushrooms. Great food and excellent service!

Their food was pretty good. The waiter was cool and attentive. The place has plenty of tvs, a bar, inside and outside dinning. Saved in the Favs. Will be returning...

Then food is great along with the service. It is a cool happy hour bar crowd and at the same time it is safe for kids. I go especially on Friday after work as the bartender Ami is so cheerful and if I had a rough week she cheers me up right away.. The rest of the staff is always so nice and polite and efficient no matter if I stop for lunch or just come in for a beer. The honey BBQ wings are fantastic!!!! Kelly
