Mr. Pig's Smokehouse

I thoroughly enjoyed my meal from Mr. Pig’s Smoke House. It was my first time going on 11/16/2023. The food was well seasoned and pleasing to my tastebuds. 😃 I went back on 11/17/2023 because I didn’t want to cook and while there I met the owner, Mr. Pig. The cashier, Ms. Kalicia was very professional and patient while I made my meal selection. Please keep up a high quality in service and food expectations.

Fantastic experience!!! Exceeded every expectation, we were just looking for something hearty late night. Had no idea I’d stumble across this gem. Big man sized portions cooked perfectly for a fair price. Best Ribs anywhere, trust me I’ve looked. Epitome of ATL hospitality at its best!!! Everything seemed to be made in house. Okra was fried just right and I could tell it was fresh. Homemade cake that’ll make you skip grandmas and BBQ chicken that have you licking your fingers so hard your wife gets jealous! Cornbread that earns a seat at the dessert table. Open late too, we ate all we could and ordered another slab for lunch the next day. Friendly, relaxed atmosphere makes you feel at home soon as you walk in, do yourself a favor and just get your head in the door, you won’t be disappointed!!!

This review is really long overdue. I've been coming here for a few years now and this is by far my favorite BBQ spot to eat. I live on the southside and the drive is more than worth it, every time. My order has never been wrong, the customer service is always pleasant. It never takes long to receive my food. Everything we"ve tried has been delicious. We normally get the brisket, smokehouse sausage, pulled pork, brunswick stew, baked beans. 10/10 for sure. Love them.

This my BBQ spot when I'm not cooking. The ribs and chicken are great. Mac and cheese and collards are my favorite but the other sides are good too. You can dine in and they have a full bar and tv to watch games. But my most favorite right now are the Bankhead Burgers they are handmade patties. They juicy and thick with the fries are great. Please try them out you want be disappointed.
