Why is a "Mexican" restaurant named "Havana"? Server was rude, impatient, and did not enunciate... mumbling and could not answer questions about the special. When I POINTED to the menu and read it to her, she then acted like I was the ignorant one. She ran off before I could order my side. They charge extra for a takeout box but do not warn you. Very overpriced... Ropa Vieja is $12. My taco was completely cold and the meat tough. I definitely prefer "Las Palmeras".
