Mr.Charles, Mr.Eddie, Ms.Andrea in the front, Derick, De Bor Ah, even the owner, Mr.Rory makes you feel welcome! The front of the house is ran like an actual diner, which is an asset post-pandemic where dine in areas were non-existent. When I'm here, I can enjoy good customer service, efficient ordering and favorable dining experiences. The cashier, Angel was super nice the moment I walked in the door. They say 'welcome' with upbeat and positivity, even while interviewing potential candidates, De Bor Ah made sure she greeted as everyone came in, and a salutation on the way out. Missy was also interviewing in the front, still achieving that Chick fil a standard. The environment was clean. If there's a mistake, I have experienced they got he extra mile to solve any concern. I will revisit again. They take your order, you pay, and if everything is OK, you go. I have never seen a line move so fast, and they get the order right 98% of the time. Most of the order takers are happy, but a few of them might talk low. I figure maybe they are new on the job. They do their job well, whoever trains the outside order takers are good teacher. I had one order that had fewer chicken nuggets, and the young man said it was correct until he counted for himself. He said to keep them, apologized, and gave me my correct order. How could I complain about that? I never had to get back in line to ask for extra anything, they put it in my carry-out bag. I love the service!

We enjoyed the experience of Truette's Luau. The door greeter was very nice. He explained the layout of the restaurant. You can get the dine-in experience of being waited on and the food brought to you on one side or can order yourself to go and still sit inside. They even have a waterfall outside to enjoy while you eat. The only thing I was not thrilled about was the cleanliness of the restaurant. It could be better and freshen up the restrooms. There is plenty of parking. Our overall visit was nice and we'll go back soon.
