Mcdonald's

I was behind 40 people in line but the staff was on point. I’m not sure the name of these two ladies in the picture, but they were awesome. By the time I got in line and I just finished eating it was about 35 minutes. That’s very fast with 50 people behind me in line as well. I know it’s tough to give McDonald’s a good review but this place, this morning at 6 AM is running better than a Chick-fil-A. Kudos to this location at Hartsfield Jackson international airport, College Park, Georgia location inside gate B terminal. Store number 31491.

Seeing all the random terrible reviews, this is for a very specific group of employees. Concourse E McDonald's, May 26th 2023 at 5:30PM. I saw three employees working and absolutely killing it. One working two POS computers to take orders and filling drinks, one making fries and fulfilling orders, one in the background cooking. The line was probably twenty people long and these guys were just getting it done, not missing a beat. It made me so happy to wait for my food; just watching, knowing there are still people working hard and efficiently for a living. Even if the food was garbage I would have given these people a five star but food came out just like McDonald's would have wanted it. It pains me to see people leave ignorant reviews not taking a second to look at what is happening right in front of them. I hope upper management gets to read this review and know who was working because these are indisposable employees. I typically do not leave reviews for fast food because I expect bottom of the barrel food and service but I was humbled.

This was at the Atlanta Airport. The line was long. The food is usually quick and well, for McDonald's breakfast, it is usually good. The service was excellent. Only 2 people were working! One handled the ordering and the other one cooking. It did take extra time, but they were working efficiently and with good attitudes. Their boss owes them a big thank you, and possibly a bonus. Great job.

I was so delighted to find a McDonald’s here in the Atlanta Hartsfield Airport in terminal E. I was able to use my reward code and the staff was great! Tamesia and Melissa were super kind and helpful. I asked for a decaf coffee and they brewed a fresh pot for me. I will definitely be back next time I’m traveling through Atlanta Hartsfield.
