Hong Kong City

Been coming to this location for 8+ years and never had any issues with any employees until now. I’m sorry but who ever the cook is he was really rude and didn’t have to come at me and raise his voice and cause a scene. I worked in the food service so I know how difficult it can be. You guys need to put the full description of what comes with a certain dish. Food used to be so good but it seems you guys have lost your touch now. Never coming back to this location.

Today 10/20/2021 my coworkers (8total)and I ordered lunch for the first time at Hong Kong City 7509 Roswell Road Atlanta Ga 30350 I ordered the garlic chicken and a roach was at the bottom of my container .This is disgusting and unacceptable all my coworkers could not eat their lunch and all the food is here collected . We will take it to the restaurant and see what they gonna say .

This restaurant has under age children taking orders and payments. The child couldn’t have been no more than 6 or 7 years old. The child over charged my credit card then gets an adult to charge me the correct amount then said I have to wait for the incorrect amount to be credit to my account next week! She should have refund the difference and not charge me again since it was an overcharge and stop using under age children for labor. This is a violation of labor laws practices here. For an apology the lady handed me a Coca Cola.
