Jimmy John's

Still great food, They were just not the freaky good subs freaky fast that I grew up with. I waited for 15 mins with a kid in a car seat in the parking lot before I went in to find out the status of my food. In my old college dorm room they would be there in 3 minutes flat. I miss the good old days.

This was my first time going to Jimmy Johns. Honestly I’ve had so many people tell me this place was the best sub place in town. I hate to write it but I didn’t think so. The atmosphere and the staff was extremely welcoming. I like my subs warm/hot therefore this place isn’t write for me. The quality of the food and chips was amazing after all. Other than that, I wouldn’t visit it as my first choice for subs. LOVE THE SIGNS!!!

Tried to order from here via DoorDash twice while we were in the hospital. Both times they called and told us they had to cancel our order because they had no drivers. Not a big problem, but they never refunded us. Had to contact DoorDash support (which was not very helpful either) and dispute one of the transactions on my credit card.

Person who answered the phone was courteous. Ordering was easy. Delivery took 3.5 hours. I ordered at 12:30 and it arrived around 4pm. I called at the 1.5 hour mark and they said it was out for delivery. I called again at the 2.5 hour mark and they again said it was out for delivery. To their credit, they offered to void the order. Also to their credit, the sandwich was delicious. The only critique I have is that they should manage expectations and inform that delivery may take a few hours.

One of my workers and I ate at this location. I had the #7 and he had the #10. They had my sandwich wrapped up in the #10 paper and his sandwich in the #7 paper. By the time we realized we had the wrong sandwich, we already fully touched them. We went to have them make us new sandwiches and while the staff was friendly about it, they made us new sandwiches but messed up the ingredients and missed some of the meats this time. We ate them because it was ridiculous to try again to get our order right again and didn't want to be late for work, will not go there again.
