Did a call in order for a combo number. 2, 10 wings fries and drink. Charged me $20. I was shocked. I been there many times before and typically pay $12-$14. I explained to the girl that it was in correct and that I had never been charged this much for Wings. She charged me 15 for the wings, 3 for coke and fries 50 cents for an extra blue cheese and $1 for all drums. What a sham. Typically I get 2 dressings n/c and tell them to hold the carrots and celery. It was ridiculous. And the order when I got home was wrong. This place has gone way down in service, quality and way up in price. Won’t be back. Smallest wings I think I have ever seen.

This was my first appearance and I must say babayyy this is the spot okay. I ordered the 10 piece garlic parmesan with fries and blue cheese. My girl sky made sure I understood everything such great customer service . Next time I’m coming for some beer 🍺 lol. Thank you all for these great tasting wings, fries, and even the celery and carrots. PERFECTO! Y’all better go get you some… I promise you’re going to want more.

Wing Ranch offers a quality experience most of the time. The flavor options are great while mixing and matching provides even more options. Some long time staff have departed most recently leaving the feel of emptiness and lacking a higher tier customer service. There are times when calling ahead is fruitless, the line rings on and on. Understandibly this happens when they are busy but also when they close early. Sometimes the location will close early due to a slow night. This is frustrating when you plan around their hours and they have closed 30 minutes early. If you catch them at the end of life on the oil you can get a wonky tasting wing, but this happens everywhere. More frequently changed oil would fix this. Wing size is hit or miss sometimes when it comes to sizing but also smaller wings have presented themselves as whole everywhere given COVID. However, it should be noted when i have ordered i seem to ha e more than the count i ordered in an attempt to compensate for smaller size. And speaking of COVID, they did a great job of staying open and making their shop safe to visit. At one time Wing Ranch had their own delivery drivers but now rely on the usual app based delivery services. Most Wing Ranch menus items will fair this process and arrive warm and tasing good. Overall, Wing Ranch does a great job and represents Brookhaven well with a flavorful fried wing product and offers a few other menu items worthy of checking out. Price point is more than I desire but certainly consistent with today's costs due to pandemic. Customer service is typically great and often greeted with a smile when visiting.
